That kind of customer service is rare these days. The name "Quick Nick" had me thinking you guys were going to come in like Flash Gordon--fast in, fast out! When Josh arrived, he continued exactly where Nick left off. He was professional, respectful, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. He didn't just come in, "do the carpet," and leave.
