It took only like 30 minutes to clean 4 bedrooms, however I think it was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyy over priced. But the two stars for their lack of respect. They call and call and call and call and call. I've told them I will call you back when I'm ready, please don't call me. "oh, okay." And they just called now 2 weeks later after me telling them twice to stop and I will call them. I can't. They are blocked. It's too much. 9/19/24- They have called again. I told them stop calling and blocked another number. They did an okay job on a Friday but then started calling me after hours that night for the rest of the payment, I was busy. When this service was done, I didn't want to pay extra for the steaming of the walls and the guy who was there said "Don't worry, I've got you covered" as if I wouldn't have to pay but I had to pay anyways. The 1 star is because for the entire 2 years I get calls, I get letters in the mail, etc. - I have requested them to please stop contacting me so often or at least stick to just one form of contact and yet they won't stop. Yes, their service is good, expensive, but good, but my goodness, please give me a break man. The only reason I'm not using them again is because they won't stop. Yes I've blocked them but their mail is still getting in and so are the voicemails. At this point I'm annoyed and would like the company to respect how I feel and stop contacting me on all these platforms, please and thank you.
