I don't say this lightly, but if anyone on this app deserves 5 stars, it's Quick Nick. I bought a house but wanted the tiles to be cleaned out from the previous owners, and so I hired them to come in and steam and clean all the tiles. I got multiple quotes and they comparable, but just talking to Nick on the phone gave me the peace of mind that I needed. After spending thousands of dollars after moving, I definitely didn't want to spend so much more on something that I wasn't totally sure of. I sent Nick pictures of the tiles and he gave me a quote right then, and the person who came out and did the job (I can't remember his name- sorry!) Walked me through the process and spent time working on it. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get all the stains out since there were rust stains as well, but they did their hardest to make sure they could get as much as they could out. Nick seems like an honest guy, is a fantastic sales person to be honest, but you can tell he really has a passion for what he does and I can tell he takes pride in his business. We have a small dog who has recently had some accidents in my sons room so I wanted to get it professionally cleaned to ensure she wouldn't continue to smell it and go back. I went ahead and had them do our master bedroom and living room rug as well. After the first visit I was still able to smell the pee in the room with the accidents and I felt our rug wasn't as clean as it could have been. Was looking for a carpet cleaning company to come out and clean our carpet. We had some pet stains that needed to get up being we have 3 dogs. Found Quick Nick on Yelp and called to inquire. Spoke w/Nick and he was very informative of the service they would provide and how it works. Decided to go with them for cleaning our carpet after checking w/a couple other companies. James came out to clean the carpets and did a great job! He was on time and explained again what he would be doing along with making sure we would be ok w/the smell of the enzyme cleaner. Very nice gentleman and once he was done wanted to ensure we were ok w/the service he provided. He explained it would take approximately 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry. It did take longer as he had to really clean the one rooms carpet from stains. So nice to have a fresh smelling room again. I had made my appt about a month in advance - then I was told a day or so before they came that there was an issue with the appt time and my appt would have to be pushed back. I felt that my services were not $$ enough to be priority, although the appt like I said well made well in advance for there not to be an issue.
