Mango peach lemonade was delicious just not enough of it.

Opted to try this place which I came across doing a google search of places to eat in the area. I saw they served birria tacos, so I went on a quest! The food truck is bright and stands out. The tacos were delicious and their lemonade is to die for! They put fresh fruit in their lemonade. The food was delicious and my only regret was not having more lemonade to drink. Their prices are a bit expensive but I don't mind paying for good food. Give them a try.

Omg it was soo good!! If the food truck is in your area, I highly suggest going! The quesadilla was very yummy! I think the chips and queso were just average but the quesadilla was worth five stars on its own.

My job had some food catered from here and it was a lot of food! Not only was it a lot but it was also delicious! Everything was flavorful. My favorite was the chicken! It was juicy and tender. Some things needed salt but other than that everything was tasty!

Meh! My biggest issue was the temperature of the food, my other issue was the overall flavor. I had been wanting to check this place out because the reviews are popping and it is always has a crowd. I saw the truck was 1 mile from house so I went on over. I got the chicken nachos and some corn. The service was pleasant and patient (my dad didn't know what he wanted). People in line were lovely and gave it rave reviews, so my mouth was watering. When we got home (all of 6 minutes with driving and sitting down) I dug in. The portions were huge! You could definitely share with a buddy. Presentation was nice it all looked really good. The issue was nothing was hot enough for my liking. I don't know about you but Lukewarm queso is not it. Even the corn wasn't hot. Then the flavor it just wasn't where it needed to be. The quest was bland, the chips were not special and crisp, and the chicken was dry. Overall, it's a no for me. Even if it was hot enough the Queso was missing that smokey, spicy, depth of flavor you expect from a good queso. As someone who is lactose intolerant this was a waste of a pill!

Wanted to love it but the birria sauce was too watery didn't have tons of flavor the carne portion was good the tortilla as well but again lack in flavor. The original elote tasted great the mixture of butter and mayo good amount of cotija. We ordered the mojito but it didn't taste anything like a mojito just was a very sweet lemonade Little on the pricy side but with inflation everything has gone up.

Very disappointed in the chips and queso- especially with Queso in the name. Chips were hard. Almost stale tasting but not quite. Queso tasted like it could be canned

Had the opportunity to try the Queso Monster at a food truck festival in Winston Salem! Surprised by their reviews here, because they were completely sold out of food only 2+ hours into the festival it was incredibly popular!! We luckily still got our food (quesadilla and tacos), which were absolutely delicious. Awaiting the next time they are back in our neighborhood.

I loved Queso Monster! Well I love cheese in general, so I knew I had to try this place! We normally go to the food truck rodeo in RTP at the Frontier on Fridays and Queso Monster is there pretty regularly. I got the nachos and they were nice and cheesy! Definitely recommend this food truck!

Food Truck Tuesday: Queso Monster Food choice: 12 inch Queso Monster Special for $10, this quesadilla is stuffed with chicken, grilled onions and peppers and cheese. It is also served with a side of chips. I really liked that you could get queso, sour cream and pico de gallo on your chips so I got all 3! These portions are generous. I would order a 10 inch, or Jr, quesadilla next time since the 12 inch was too much food for me. I plan to get the nachos with chorizo next time because they looked extremely appetizing. I would recommend this food truck!

I had visions of Cookie Monster. It was not too far off if I substitute "queso" for "cookie" and am really hungry. Queso Monster food truck can feed monster appetites. The food from this truck is good. Ordering is confusing as you spend all your visual energy reading the menu for the regular offerings, only to be told it comes with a side of chips to which you can choose additional toppings of sour cream, queso sauce, or pico de gallo. And you can have more than one. While I was deciding which version of the quesadilla sounded best, the person in front of me was handed his order - the Baja Nachos with chicken. At least two people in line immediately changed their orders after seeing it. I understand and almost did so myself. The order was take-out box size. Enough for two, I think, or one very hungry person. If those were the nachos, I was anticipating an equally eye-filling quesadilla. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the queso monster special because it shared the same name as this truck and sounded good. The sliced red, green, and yellow peppers and the onions equally balanced the meat (both steak and chorizo), held together by the ideal portion of the Chihuahua cheese. The peppers were still fresh and full of flavor. I asked for spicy and the chipotle sauce added just enough to add some zing but not hide the flavors of the peppers and meat. The side chips were okay, and almost a disappointment after the first bite of the quesadilla. They were on the greasy side, but the sour cream and the pico helped hide that. I ended up not eating most of it. This was no shrinking quesadilla, with its barely visible filling. It spilled over the edges of the tortilla when I took a bite and weighed the paper tray down in such a way as to require two hands to hold it. There was still enough for two so it made a good quick lunch the next day. "Me eat queso. Me want queso", indeed.

This food truck stopped by at our apartment last evening. The food was soo good. We had the veggie quesadilla that came along with nacho cheese and chips. The queso was heavenly. Truly one of the best we've had so far. Call them and find out where they are. Try them out!!! #supportsmallbusiness They also have some great lemonade options but we didn't get to try them yesterday as they were out.

I've been to this food truck multiple times and it's been amazing every time! The quesadillas are very filling and come with chips and queso.... which brings me to the main point. THE QUESO IS AMAZING! The jerk shrimp nachos were also great and a good amount of food. I would also suggest trying out there flavored lemonades!

I literally just finished my Al Pastor quesadilla and had to write a review! The Al Pastor is marinated pork and I was a bit skeptical to have it in a quesadilla but I was told its good so I decided why not? SO glad I got it! Not only is the pork tasty and juicy, there's so much of it! I loved that they did not hold back on their portions and after just one quesadilla (at $5) I'm satisfied. It came with a side of spinach, tomatoes, avocados (no extra charge yay!!) and topped with some cheese and cream. Really good stuff! Great customer service! They were really nice and friendly even though I was awkwardly staring at their menu for awhile. They had a variety of meats to choose from and had other options which I'll have to try next time. It was super quick service as well! The only downside is that they didn't have seating available but considering it's cold, I was okay with taking it home. Definitely recommending this food truck to everyone! Great food, great price and quick service? Can't get better than that with me! Side note: they are at Berkshire Manor West (off 54) every Tuesday night!

The bakery was founded in 1896 and it is the ONLY bread that marks a true po-boy to New Orleans natives. Why? Because of it's unique texture. A very young person was at the register too just patiently waiting for us to order. I got a barbacoa torta and my dining partner got a chicken burrito and a Jamaica drink. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day (also, there was a kid in the restaurant playing video games and coughing a ton)-- there were a few tables in the shade, thankfully. They brought our food out in maybe 10 minutes or so. Sadly, I would say my torta was disappointing. The barbacoa was not very saucy or flavorful. There was a block of cheese in the middle, and I don't remember there being many jalapenos. I added some salsa to try to give it more flavor. In contrast, my dining partner LOVED her chicken burrito, saying it was even better than what she gets at Taqueria Vaquita. Her drink was also really good-- sweet but not too sweet. Price was so-so... for just the two of us, it was $42 with tax and tip. Certainly not "cheap" Mexican, but not crazy. I want to give it 3 stars, but given my dining partner really liked her burrito, I'll go to a 4.
