Always have a good experience when I come to quest. Attentive staff and easy to make an appointment. You can also walk in very easily, too.

They would really benefit having a person at front desk. Hate self check in. Was waiting and waiting. No one to ask anything. Left after 45 min. Ridiculous. Can't blame the technicians either as they just stupidly follow computer system. And probably can't do anything about anything. read more

The employees are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and abrasive. Do not waste your time at this location.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Have gone here three times in the past 2 weeks to try to get my son's blood drawn... first time I had an appointment but it ran so late that I had to leave with my son to grab my other kids from school.. 2nd time I got there at 4:20 and they had a sticky note saying they close at 4:30 ... their website, Google and their sign right outside the door says they close at 5.... The associate just pointed at the door as said to look at the note...ok... third time came in... said walk ins were ok... had no one in the waiting room and they told me no one could see me after waiting for 15 minutes... all because I didn't have an appointment.. but they said walk-ins were ok....and no one was in the waiting room. Make that make sense.... Looking at all these negative reviews.. looks like Quest needs to look into how this location is run... unacceptable. read more

Fast, polite, zero wait time. What a pleasure. So different than my previous experience in their other location.

This place was awful today. Monique turned me away to get blood drawn for my son, who needs it to get his medication refilled. I called beforehand and they said if I got there by 4:45, he could do it. So. I went & the rude Monique girl wouldn't take us. I explained to her that I called 1st and was here by 4:45 and she just said "somebody told you wrong." No human compassion. I came to my car and almost started crying. Decided to go back & try again! This time Lina was there and I told her the situation and she allowed my son to give blood. THANK YOU LINA, YOU SAVED THE DAY:) Boo yaaa Monique:))) Learn to be something besides a robot. Had a simple blood draw. Only on vile for iron check. Ended up with a very large bruise and pain below the draw site. This has never happened to me before. I would stay away from the Agoura Hills location. read more

Why do you need an appt this place ? They are always late 30-45 mins , the lady could not find me in the system but I have been there for at least 3 times before. Nobody to talk in the reception area and when you pass the locked door they seemed to be hanging out there for hours and people waiting outside . Never recommend this place . Go find another lab read more

I have a huge phobia of blood draws and needles. I was so scared for my appointment and I saw so many bad reviews which only freaked me out more. When I arrived I checked in on the tablet and almost immediately they called me in for my appointment. No waiting at all. I told the phlebotomist about my phobia and she was so sweet and understanding and brought me to a room where I could lie down. It was done in like 30 seconds and she checked in on me and brought me water after. It was such a good experience and if anyone else has a phobia and is reading the reviews, don't get freaked out by the bad ones. This place isn't handling its load. It is an insulting waste of time. My wife's scheduled appointment was not acknowledged by the staff, nor the 3 recent emails she showed that she had from Quest from when she and I made the appointment on their website. An automated kiosk is in charge there, apparently. Corporate greed. There is no caring demonstrated in this aggravating set up. Find a different lab to get your work done. read more

Even if you have an appointment, you will wait and wait. Nine people in the waiting room with four chairs so people are hovering over me and others. Such a difficult sign in and no one to help you. Plan on waiting quite a while after your appointment time. read more

Nobody here knows why my 9:40 appointment is not available. But I can now have a 12:20 appointment. This used to be a top rated,easy place to get bloodwork done , but their support has fallen off a cliff. COVID did not start their decline. Lack of service is a Corporate Goal by understaffing and asking you to do all the paperwork for them. After today, I will find a provider that wants my business. Canceled appointments should be announced on their messages sent to remind me. This place is a joke. read more

Quest has a monopoly about the lab services and that's why does not care about the service on their offices. There are not many options at this time, but one day will be and they'll be gone. In particular, the Agoura Hills has a person by the name of Lina, she's rude, has an attitude problem, yes, the one with the jihab. You're not able to understand when she talks and she gets upset, she's the WORST. Again, one day will be another option for lab work. read more

NEW STAFF Extremely Incompetent, Do Not Trust Your Health to these people! I had an appointment at 11, checked in at 11:01 with a projected wait time of 28 minutes, over the next Hour and 16 minutes I saw people in the waiting room becoming more and more furious with the inefficiency of their system, many people were skipped multiple times when someone angrier than them demanded to go first. Everytime I was skipped, they told me they were still working on my paperwork, and at 12:17 they finally let me into the lab room where they hadn't even started my paper work. For the next 15 minutes I sat in the blood drawing chair and watched Lina, the most competent person working there, conversing with another nurse not wearing a name tag, neither of whom could figure out how there system worked. They had to restart the paperwork because the nurse "put the stickers in the wrong place" and Lina couldn't figure out how to use their computer. They all seemed as if it was their first day on the job and I had zero confidence in the medical ability of people so inept. Also their phone is off the hook so don't bother calling them. 28 minutes turned into a grand total of 1 hour and 32 minutes. read more

I thought I already posted how amazing Xenia was last month, but it was the Quest feedback survey that I touted all her strengths. Last week, she did not disappoint. It was a busy Monday morning and she called my name at my appointment time. Once again, she being a highly skilled phlebotomist--completed the task swiftly and efficiently--and all the while being personable and lovely. She is a true professional. ZERO stars! This location is awful. Does not even deserve 1 star. I never had an issue with Quest before. I am a shy individual, very patient and not assertive at all- never have been, and this is the first time I had to write a bad review FOR ANYTHING. But, these people are dealing with human lives. Lina was very rude and didn't do her job well at all! So, to begin, it was the first time someone couldn't get a needle in my vein. It was very painful. So she had to go to the other arm. She wrapped my one arm (the one she missed the vein) so unnecessarily much that it caused redness on my skin it was too tight and being in the crease of the elbow, it got even tighter. On my other arm (the one she got blood from, she didn't put enough tape on it so it immediately came off? Luckily I kept checking for the results on MyChart, found the result when it came in a couple days later and was able to send it to my school in time because guess what? A week and a half later (today), I get a call from my doctor's office that Quest claims that I never came in and got the test?! (Because they lost my results!) Unbelievable. It's incredibly sad that they have to blame the patient for never coming in to take the test, in order to cover up their mistake. That's not being a patient advocate AT ALL. I CLEARLY remember how horrible that experience was. And it was only a week ago! Thank God I have proof. I was going to write a review that day, but silly me, I gave her the benefit of the doubt if she was having a bad day or something. But NOPE the call I got today given the update that they lost my results and claimed I never came in...that was the last straw for me which is why I am writing this lengthy review. Lina is the worst, don't waste your time here or trust these people with your health. There are incompetent people working here. If you have to go to a Quest, I highly recommend going to a DIFFERENT location! What a nightmare!!! read more

Quests has updated their check in process to help speed things up. I arrived a couple minutes before they opened. Of course there was a line. Once they opened doors we all went in and checked in on Kiosk. 20 mins later they still have not called first patient back or to get insurance info. We can hear them talking and chatting. It does not matter what kind of technology you have and employees still do not do their job. This location and upstairs location has always been the worst. read more
