Jess was awesome. She is one person running the lab. It looks like a small yoga studio and has a home feel. It's in a really nice area as well with residential parking. She has a gentle hand so it didn't really hurt and I have a massive fear of needles. If you call though please be patient she is one person running the place and when I went in there were a bunch of people there. You might have to come in person if you have questions. read more

Got an email an hour before my blood test that I fasted for was cancelled. No explanation. Apparently, the office is now closed Mondays. I made my appointment online two weeks prior and they had Monday availabilities so not sure why they'd take appointments for days they are closed. I have heard similar issues of last minute cancellations from family members. At this point, I am not sure if this is actually a lab that does tests of any kind. read more

I am doing this because it's only fair to praise the phlebotomist at this lab even though I'd like to keep them hidden from the rest of the Yelpers!! I've been going to this lab the last several years and it has always been pleasant. I know with the current times we have to schedule appts but today I figured it was early and I'd take a chance. I walked in because I'm due to see my endocrinologist and forgot to do my blood test. I asked Jessica if it would be possible to get my blood drawn as I had messed up with my time and she pleasantly took me. She's an amazing phlebotomist and has a great attitude and great personality. I want to keep her a secret but I also want people to know how great she is! I've been to another lab and it doesn't come close to LabCorp in terms of customer service!! We called the lab 3 times and asked them if they were certified for state of Hawaii Covid testing. They lied saying they are good. We came to Hawaii and state of Hawaii would not accept the test. We got ruined by quarantined for 2 weeks not able to do anything. Don't trust them, they lie. read more

The Agoura Hills office of LabCorp was clean and bright when I visited to have some blood lab work done. The LabCorp technician, Jessica, was very helpful and cheerful, making a lot of my unnecessary anxiety disappear. When she was prepping my arm for the syringe insertion, I said "Okay, go ahead... JESSICA~~~Awesome, Personable, upbeat, and Professionally Wonderful. I always make an appointment but prefer to arrive as a walk-in at 8 am to get an earlier start. Jessica is in the office before 8 am promptly ready to open the door on time, which was not always the case before she took over. More often than not Plebatomists usually have a hard time drawing my blood. Sometimes takes two to four tries. Not with Jessica. Let's just say she knows how to stick to me in One Try. I'm am so anxious before blood draws it's just stupid. I had a horrific experience during a blood draw and haven't been able to get over it until now. I actually vomited before I left to go to Labcorp because my anxiety about this was so intense. My daughter went with me because I am a whiny baby about this. This was my mental status when I opened the door to this Labcorp. I find a small, very clean, blood draw office and before the door had closed behind us, the gentleman there, the phlebotomist, was up from his desk and ready to help me sign in on their computerized system. He was so kind and had that really positive energy some people have that's energetic but calm all at the same time. I told him I was anxious, and he spoke to me with such respect and in a way that made me realize this wasn't a practiced speech, thoughtlessly repeated when adult babies come in. He MEANT it and he was comforting and kind and funny. Just delightful. He talked me through the blood draw, told me my job was to look out the window and relax. I did. There is a playground for a preschool out the window and that's always calming unless you don't like kids and then I guess you can sit there and make mental bets on which one will fall down first. He told me to take a deep breath and I feel just a tiny spot of cold on my arm. That's it! That's all! He stuck me and had the blood in the tubes so nearly and cleanly I was shocked. This gentleman's name is Stephen B. and he's my hero. Seriously, for someone to help me through this which usually involves my shaking so much it interferes with the procedure with out a thing but a deep breath means 22 years of my being terrified are over! Go here, trust Steven B., and relax! I can't even tell you what a huge step this is in my life. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Jessica who was our technician today. It was my 13-year-old daughters first blood draw and she was a little nervous but JESSiCA made the whole experience awesome. She was caring, funny, professional, made my daughter feel very comfortable and had the whole test done and dusted before my daughter knew it was even really started. So thank you so much Jess. My mom needed lab work, and being new in this state, I looked around and couldn't find any place with a suitable appointment time for her. I signed up online for this Agoura Hills location, got there bright and early, we were greeted by a young woman Jessica. She was absolutely delightful. There was no wait time, the office was spic and span clean, very small and cozy, like a family doctor's office. Her desk was neatly arranged. I told her my mom was just released from the hospital, so she was quick and efficient in keying in all the info. I then explained that my mom had horrible experiences with needles. I had no idea Jessica was also the phlebotomist. She wasn't phased by the potential obstacle, it took her 5 minutes to get the lab work needed, I'm utterly impressed. She was very kind to my elderly mom, and from now on, I will go back there for all my lab work. Kudos to this Angel! I usually go to the local urgent care for blood draws but always had to wait a long time and with Covid right now i wanted to go somewhere else. So my Doctor informed me about Steven whom she said a lot of patients are loving. I decided to give it a try! It was so easy to make my appointment online and he was so great.
