She explained everything and was very gentle and friendly and I left feeling very glad that I had finally gone for another mammogram. I did explain what had happened to me and she made sure to be extra commutative to make sure I was comfortable but she seemed already great at that. She talked to me whenever making adjustments and made sure I wasn't in any pain. My appointment was over quickly and I walked out feeling so relieved and happy that it went so smoothly. I would not recommend Touchstone Imaging. I received good service from the individual who did my…read morescan and the results of the scan were readily available for my provider to take next steps. HOWEVER, my claim has still not been processed. I paid them a lot of money to meet my deductible and because of their delinquency in filing my claim, I must continue to pay out of pocket -- as if my deductible had not been met - - for additional services. The billing department does not give you a reference number when you call (the CSR told me that they do not have case/reference numbers) so you have to rely on someone actually documenting your calls in your record. One call I made was not documented, even though this person told me they were escalating my case. I asked to speak to a CSR supervisor and was told I would receive a call back, which I never did. I called the facility to ask about getting help and they told me a claim would take anywhere from 30 to 90 days for resolution. All my other provider claims are filed with my insurer the same day or the day after. There is no way I would ever go back to or recommend Touchstone Imaging. Buyer beware.

They responded with a confirmation text to have a seat & I would be called soon, no need to check in again with the kiosk. My first name & initial of last name appeared on the TV screen. I was called back after just a few minutes of waiting & was greeted by a friendly Tech who led me back to a private room. It took a little longer than normal to complete my blood draw since my doctor's office faxed lab orders over separately. Not the fault of Quest. The Tech did a great job, I didn't even feel the needle! Overall, this was a good experience!

I waited 6 business days (9 regular days) for my results just to find out they put the lab in incorrectly and that my sample had been discarded and I needed to go get my labs done again. This was only ONE lab and they didn't get it right. I would not recommend coming to this LabCorp.
