I called ahead to ask about pricing since we don't currently have insurance, and the front desk staff could not have been more accommodating. They were kind, professional, and gave me a clear quote over the phone. When we arrived, the same warmth and friendliness continued in person. The nurse was equally wonderful--caring, attentive, and reassuring throughout our visit. NP Kenneth Gilmet took the time to read the X-ray with us in the office and clearly explained the break. He was incredibly informative, compassionate, and made sure we understood everything. Having visited many urgent and emergency clinics over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I've had. What a complete trainwreck. Pre-employment drug screen. Took 10-12 minutes to deal with the check-in process and nearly wet myself and the lobby waiting another 30 minutes. Writing subpar reviews is not my jam. However I have to say something after my wife was treated extremely poorly at this location. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon after dealing with a terrible cough and breathing issues for over a week. We were told the wait would be close to two hours. She checked in and they quickly took the $75 payment so she could be seen. The wait was not two hours which was nice. She was misdiagnosed and the PA told her to calm down when he said she just had a bad case of the flu (turned out to be pneumonia which is much worse). We would not have come to urgent care if she wasn't in extreme pain. To be spoken down to is not acceptable. We had to see a different provider the following Monday to be given a correct diagnosis and be prescribed an antibiotc and medication to deal with the actual issue. read more

The medical team here is fantastic and the only reason we have kept coming back. They're kind and knowledgeable. They've helped us with illness, stitches, and more. The office is nice and modern and always feels clean. That said - and probably why we are done coming here - it always takes forever. This week I went in for cold symptoms. I checked in online and when I was told it was my turn, I headed into the clinic, arriving just on time. I then sat in the waiting room for another hour+ and then in an exam room for over 40 min before being seen by the PA. Again, the medical staff was wonderful, but the whole visit (from at-home check in to out the door) was essentially three hours and it could have been avoided if they'd just given me a more accurate estimate when I checked in online. I also watched them take many walk-in patients before me. Why have a "you're next" screen on the waiting room wall if you're not going to abide by it? Sadly, we won't be back unless it's our only option outside a true ER. read more

Receptionist was terrific Sunday on 11/10, it was super slow and they still took 30-45 minutes to get my son in for an X-Ray. Do these places charge by the hour for our insurance because it sure feels like it... Anywho, the doctor was nice. Got a referral for Rocky Mountain Orthopedics (who were awesome). Then... I start getting these annoying automated calls from CareNow (not that they care you're busy or may have an actual life). DO NOT give these people your real phone number under any circumstances. I ignored the first 2 automated calls, which actually ask you to call them back and don't have a real person ready to talk. Annoying but okay... Then I finally called them back the third time, pressed #3 to tell that automated system we already made the appointment and to please please stop calling AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD. Now, I'm on hold for about 5 minutes to ask them to stop calling. Why are you still reading this unless you work there or you are in charge of the automated phone service... Then stop calling people!!! 5 out of 5 stars otherwise. Geez! read more

I don't want to even give this horrible place a one star. Allison is the rudest Medical Assistant I have EVER met. Then, they prescribed a medication I was allergic to. Partly because Allison didn't put it in the notes on Christmas Eve because she was to much in a hurry to go home. Then, trying to get another medicine I was not allergic to was a sh** show. My primary cares office called twice and they were treated just as bad. In fact, one of the PA's left the manager a message. I turned them in to HCA ethics and compliance department. Horrible horrible service. When I walked in the girl behind the computer couldn't look up and greet me, only heard... did you do a web check in? No- start at the kiosk. MA did not get my child's height- which you need every visit on a minor for medication dosage. Took his temperature on his neck and said no fever, I took it in the exam room and it was 101.4- a fever!!! I did not receive a courtesy phone call so see how my child was feeling. He was seen on Monday- it's been 4 days and they still have not called with results. Worst place ever to go to. I will never be back nor recommend this horrible place to anyone!!!! read more

Wow, a great overall experience. I had my rapid test results in my hand within a few hours of realizing I needed testing. The online appointment process was easy, fast and painless for a same day appointment. Check-in from home with the paperwork was also easy, and I was able to come in early. The front desk called and explained exactly what I needed to do. The only waiting time I had in the whole process was the actual lab wait time on my rapid test-15 min on the dot. Everyone on staff from the front desk to the PA was friendly, engaging and explained each step knowledgeably. This was by far the best urgent care experience I've been to. Slowest urgent care I have ever been to. Was told to wait and to not worry if people were called before me. I waited for 3 hours before asking if I was going to be seen and was told my name was going to be called next. I waited another half an hour and my name still hadn't been called. I asked the woman at the front desk what was going on, to which she told me I needed to pay a copay of $140 before being seen! Really horrible experience. Registered online. Received three text messages my approximate appointment time was 6:28pm. Received 4th text message at 6:05pm saying we are ready for you to come in, please check in at the front desk or kiosk for your visit time 6:28pm. Arrived there at 6:20pm. The receptionist was busy with others so she told me she would call me up to check-in when she was done. Ok, fine. I sat and waited. She called me up there, even though I have insurance I had to pay $200 up front. Huh? Ok. Not sure why I couldn't pay my co-pay. Anyway, I paid and then sat down and waited. And waited. Then was called and went into a room after vitals were taken. Sat and waited. At 7:40 I stepped out asking if anyone was going to check on me. I said they need to fix their texting system that told me I was ready to be seen at 6:28pm. The employee said oh yeah, that system doesn't work, it's bad. No apology offered. Um ok. I would have walked out had I not already paid $200. So waited more, finally at 7:55pm the PA came in. So, you're hear for a sore throat? Really? That's how you initially greet someone who feels like crap and has been waiting an hour and a half because of your texting system that "doesn't work"? No apology, nothing. Wow. AND they're open 7 days a week at least till 7-8pm. They care about you and want to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. Best urgent care so far. read more

PA Noelle spent the majority of the visit lecturing, instead of listening. She dismissed my concerns and sent a prescription to the pharmacy despite being told I didn't want it. She implied that I wasn't recovering quickly enough from my respiratory illness because I had been given the wrong antibiotic. The previous antibiotic for the previous respiratory infection made me sick, which is why PA Sarah prescribed a different one. Had Noelle taken the time to actually read the previous visit notes, she would have known that. read more

This office should not be in business. First of all, I came here for a Covid test. I had all the symptoms and needed an answer fast so I could return to work. They have a system where they will call you when they are ready for you to come down and get the test. I got the message at 10am and was there by 10:15am. After checking in and paying a copay of $50 (wait, the website said this test was free...why am I getting charged) I sat down in their waiting room. There were two other people waiting. I start to question why I was charged-in my head. I finally go up to the front desk and ask her. She says "the website needs to be changed and to be thankful that I have Insurance because some people are getting bills for $250" What?? I go back and sit down and wait another 15 minutes or so. All the while thinking about what the hell is going on... People continue to come in and sit in the waiting room. Touching the pens that I used to fill out paperwork, the handle on the bathroom door that I touched while entering the bathroom. These people are being exposed to me! No one seems to care at all! I get very uncomfortable with the situation and go up to the front desk and ask " Am I getting a rapid covid test, or am I seeing a doctor to be approved for a rapid test?" She confirms my fears that they are using Covid and the testing of Covid to keep their sub-par practice afloat. I quickly cancel my appointment and get them to refund my co-pay. I have a few words with someone in the back and I go on my way. Two weeks later while looking over my health coverage, I see that a bill from Health One has been submitted to my insurance company for $170. For what?? They are committing insurance fraud on top of milking people for Covid testing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I will be submitting a statement to the local health board and the BBB. read more

The worst care I've ever gotten by a provider! I checked in at 2:30. Was told a few minutes later they didn't have a nurse and I could do a video appointment I left and waited for the link. When I got it opened it only to wait another hour and a half for someone to get on with me. I called and the practitioner, Cory, stated he was on the video chat then tried to call me but no answer and left a message. I had no missed calls and no voicemails from him. Then he told me to drive back. This was at 5:15. He was rude, abrupt, and wouldn't listen to me. He had zero compassion for my condition. He was with me less than 5 minutes. I went to care now late in the evening right before they closed. I was still treated with courtesy and compassion. From the front door person,the nurse and the doctor, I received excellent service and everyone took time to explain and answer questions at the end of their work day. So I came in for a sore throat and I was swabbed twice. 4 days later was called that they used the wrong swab (what if they were administering medication) and that I need to immediately come in. I leave work which is two hours away and come in to get re swabbed. She prescribes me another medication. Arrive to my pharmacy and find out there is no medication for me to pick up. Called back this doctor and she never sent it over. I'm pretty sure McDonalds gets it right at least 50% of the time. Terrible experience with the admin. I was scheduled to see a doctor on July 5th for work comp. They called me over the weekend and told me the doc won't make it and I would need to call them back and reschedule, no problem. I get its the day after the forth of July. Well several weeks later I got a call from a work comp rep that told me they told her I no called and no showed. I was told they were sending the rep a fax of the signed paper showing I said I would show. They had me sign the documents then changed the date then lied about it to make it look like it was my fault. They canceled on me! I cant believe this happened. With all the places to go for medical treatment in the area don't trust these people to look out for your best interest. read more

I went here yesterday, and it was not a great experience. I have never been to an Urgent Care before but my regular doctors office is closed for a couple days. When I first walked in he staff was very friendly, they got me checked in quickly and I was called back in good time as well. I started having problems when I felt like I wasn't being listened to. I told them I had had a fever all night the night before and because they didn't show me having a fever they ignored it. I told them I was coughing up stuff and was very miserable and they just said we will call it a sinus infection. Well okay. I figured an antibiotic was probably the best thing for what I had anyways. It got WORST! I then asked for a note to take to my work. And the doctor said "For today?" Yes, I serve tables and do not think I should be going to work with this cough. He responded with "I mean I think you really just have a common cold, but I guess I'll give you a day off" Overall I just felt the doctor was very arrogant and did not care that I felt so sick I hadn't slept. Hopefully they learn to have some compassion for their patients. Definitely will not be going back. read more

Had to take my young son, with younger son in tow, to get checked out and she couldn't have had worse customer service skills. This has been my third visit and I am still impressed. The doctors are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff has been as equally as helpful. I have had to wait a bit longer but not as long as most primary offices. At least here they do not shove you out the door in 15 minutes saying, sorry, times up, come back again for another appointment. The staff went out of the way making sure the ER they were sending me to was on my insurance, made certain I had the proper meds, changed them when I had a problem with one the same day. I wish I could find a primary care like this and wish this place was one. All the doctors who take my insurance I have seen at this place are not nearby sadly. They only had one doctor that day and I understand they are running slow but why tell me to come in? I'd rather wait at my home than sitting in a lobby full of sick people during covid outbreak. Some people didn't have their masks on although it is mandated not only by the city but the clinic itself, nobody enforced it here. I ended up leaving because all the people that were admitted didn't come out from the rooms for another hour or so which made be believe once they get me in I have to sit for another hour there. It's the only clinic that I go to for myself and my children since 2019 but the last time I went is going to be out last time..the first time I went the women on the front desk told me that I'm going to wait for an hour and a half so she don't recommend for me to wait! So I decided to do an online check in which was a joke! I don't know what is the use of it if you are going to wait the same time as a regular walk in! So after waiting more than an hour outside I was admitted and seen by a nurse and then I was waiting for more than 40 minutes inside without any doctor seeing us and I actually left the clinic without any doctor seeing us or anyone cared to actually see me while leaving or asking what's the problem..and after I called the clinic to tell them what happened they acted to not hear me then they shut the phone in my face! read more

I have been to a few different clinics in the area to take care of health needs for me and my family, but this place was terrible. We waited 3 hours to be seen by a doctor and continue to wait... If you try to ask the staff for assistance they are rude or give you matter-of-fact answers and are oblivious to the fact that this is "Urgent Care." Plus the front desk was unable to complete simple tasks like typing in the correct insurance number (although it's actively working with the provider and confirmed). I don't see how this business is allowed to provide patient care if they are this disrespectful and rude. I believe people are entitled to their own opinions and would hope that you don't have to go through this experience yourself and if you choose to, then good luck! read more

Update: They even called to check on me, see if there was anything worsening or any concerns I had. This place is really the bees knees. Staff is great and efficient! Phoenix is so kind and welcoming at the front desk, Angie the nurse was super compassionate as I was explaining why I came in, the tech who ran my strep and flu swab was fast and courteous. I can't believe their reviews are so low as this place is great! I've been twice now, both times on holidays and I think it's been a very reasonable wait time. Waited for the doctor for an hour.... then doctor walks in and said he is referring me to another doctor/specialist because of the previous notes from previous visits. Why did I have to come down here and wait for an hour just to be turned around ? Idk why they couldnt call and let me know that. Its frustrating when you already dont feel good. read more
