Horrible horrible service! They do not have a customer service desk, Your only option is a computer that doesn't answer questions. The front desk customer service desk is closed and is being used as a place to withdraw blood. It was very disorganized. So if you have an insurance question or a special situation...good luck! If I would have remembered to write a yelp review the 2 times I have gone here prior to today, I would have given 2-3 stars. BUT, this quest diagnostics location has definitely stepped up their game since my last visit. Thank you to Pete who was the phlebotomist who drew my blood today and made my mundane morning a great one! Having any sort of medical appointment is usually boring/dreaded from waiting and the customer service; however, when you have very friendly and personable people like Pete working, they can actually make your appointment more enjoyable. During my previous visits, there was always ONLY ONE PERSON on duty (front desk and drawing blood). I was pleased to see that there were about 3-4 workers today! Finally management has listened and staffed this place with more people! Regarding COVID-19, there's signs on the door before you walk in to remind you to wear a mask. Some of the chairs inside are spaced out, there is a person checking temperatures, there are ample bottles of hand-sanitizer, and the water jug is off limits to the community (there's a sign blocking access). The television that is playing in the waiting area is also showing reminders about covid and the precautionary steps all Quest diagnostics labs are taking during this pandemic. Just for reference, my appointment was at 9:45 and I only had to wait about 12 minutes after my appointment start time to be seen. Horrible communication and tech Rosario is the worst. Constantly talking about she only works four hours and can only do so much. Meanwhile, people wait while she talks and waste our time. Takes people out of order on standby list. Then worst, looks at you and ask "do you have insurance?" I have blue cross PPO and have never been asked do I have insurance and then when I told her of our insurance, she wants to call supervisors to see if they accept referrals from children hospital. I walked in for the first time and they have a video showing you how to check in on the kiosk if you have an appointment. That went very smoothly. The phlebotomist came out right at my appointment time. Her name is Rosario and she is friendly and welcoming and professional and gentle. I highly recommend this place. It's very clean, too. I am always nervous during bloodwork but I was very surprised at how sweet Rosario was. I've had bad experiences with people fishing for my veins but she was very quick and even asked if I was okay throughout. This place is A-Ok. Customer service isn't memorably impressive, but it's also not horribly bad. I think I've been here three times or so to get my blood drawn. It was only once that the wait was kind of long. I think some people (including myself), we all walked in maybe 20 minutes before closing time. So DON'T DO THAT! Otherwise, the wait shouldn't be long at all. The lady that's usually there is somewhat friendly. If you're lucky, she just may peep a smile at you. I had a great experience pastime a young man helped me. Today I left in tears. I realize my blood work was extensive but I felt like even though I am a 65 yr old women I was treated like a child told to go to another location next time. The receptionist was the only person working. She messed up my paperwork 3 different times. No organization and nobody knows what is going on. When I left there were literally 8 people in line out the door. Today I'm back to hopefully get the correct blood draw down. Again I had an appointment at 845 and it is now 915 and still haven't been seen. Inefficient and incapable. I was not pleased with the gross inefficiency of the staff. I had a 7 year old kid who was fasting for his blood work. They listed a wait time of 14 min, never updated the time or informed us of the delays, and took more than 45 min and we had to leave. There was one person drawing blood, one person at the desk, and when we walked in there were only two people in the waiting room and one person in the back getting their blood drawn. This is the third or fourth time I have been here. Every time the wait is very long, and the waiting area is full. The staff is not very pleasant or welcoming, just short of being rude. There seems to be no sense of urgency with the staff. You would think you were in a government office. You would think with the amount of customers they have, they would rent a larger space with a larger waiting area. I have been here a couple times since it's right next to my house. Usually somewhat of a wait and not the best service but nothing horrible. I went in yesterday (11-10-20) with an appointment. The young girl at the front was friendly when I checked in and my wait was only 15 minutes. There were 2 people ahead of me and only one girl working so I was definitely expecting to wait longer. The same girl helped me in the back as well. She was so professional yet sweet and caring AND didn't hurt me at all when taking my blood. I'm currently in the waiting room to complete a lab requested by the doctor. We arrived at the facility thirty minutes before it opened. We got in line and a man unlocked the door and went in. Everyone continued to wait outside. He never invited any of us inside. Eventually we all decided to walk in where at the counter the same man was incredibly rude to us all. I went in today without an appointment to have blood drawn after fasting. One is sometimes greeted with "sign in on the appointment or walk-in list and have a seat". Don't ask questions or you'll be told "I'll call you". I arrived at 8:20 and was finally called at 10:05. At that point in time, I was advised my doctor's office had failed to submit orders. I was told that I could obtain them and the fellow would take me ASAP. He apologized stating that he was the only person working at this site. That's all I heard while I waited and waited. He was also interrupted by a surprise county inspector who he had to escort during his review, causing further delay. One guy can barely handle the appointments, much less walk-in traffic. Get this guy some help or fire him as he is too slow for your expectations. I lost 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back today. read more

Arrived 20 min before appointment time at my appointment time she asked me for appointment confirmation number and since I did it have it with me I have to wait as a walk in. We had an appointment at 7:30. The male receptionist named Rudy would yell across the room asking about patients personal informational. I witnessed a patient ask for test results and he said "I have these lab results faxed but I can't read the name... is this you?" and he hands over the confidential lab results to the patient. SMH. What if that was someone else's results? On top of all this they did not have our appointment registered despite receiving a confirmation number. We asked to give him the confirmation number and he said "I don't care about the confirmation number you personally received if I don't have it in MY computer it doesn't matter". Patients BEWARE. The phlebotomist was excellent but she is obviously overworked. She was multi tasking and working as fast as possible. This lab really needs a front office person as well as a phlebotomist. This is the closest location to me, so I put up with the long waits (even with an appointment). I put up with the tiny space that allows for no privacy (even for those who make it into a back room). I will no longer go to this location because the only employee doing testing and office work my last two visits is so incredibly unprofessional. She is slow when there are many people waiting. Everyone in the waiting room can hear her discussing her personal life and political opinions. While processing my son, she made it clear that she disapproves of his life choices, and disrespected him loudly in front of everyone waiting.
