I normally go super early, so there aren't many other people there, but even this time when I went a bit later, they had an option to wait outside to stay safe during the pandemic and though there were a lot of people there, I was texted at exactly my appointment time to come in and was taken back almost immediately. They do a good job and are friendly with fast service.

The phlebotomist who took care of me was friendly and professional. I would recommend this location and service for your blood work needs. I walked in (no appointment needed) and signed in on the sign-up sheet. A woman that worked there told me to "just sit down and they'll call you". I started to sit and before I got onto the chair they called me in. It was maybe 3 minutes from top to bottom! The person drawing the blood (wish I remembered her name...) literally had a needle in my vein immediately and got the blood she needed. The whole visit took about 10 minutes max! I can't say enough about how efficient it all was. Granted, they could be much busier at other times and it might take longer but I was impressed. A+

The nurses and doctors where fine the receptionists where fine as well. My problem is that they call it a hospital when it really is just a big urgent care facility. After blood work and testing the doctor said that they where not capable of diagnosing my sons problems as they do not have any specialty doctors on staff. What the heck no specialty doctors why even call yourself a hospital???????. The doctors said they where going to transfer him to Wexford Hospital. I do not get it they do thousands and thousands of dollars in tests only to say they can't do anything to help. Then to boot some one is paying for an ambulance to transfer him to the other hospital. If I was you I would avoid this so called hospital like the plague. I will be sure to never go here again. This is not a hospital so do not be fooled into thinking it is. If you have basic problems I am sure they can help, But anything remotely serous there is no way for them to help you. I must say again please do not go here unless you have no serious problems. With that said It was our fault for going here. I would normally give one star but the nurses and even the doctors where very nice even if they could not help. Normally for this level of care I would probably give 3-4 stars. Overall I will give 2 stars which is very generous.

Then the blood work department is really good. One stick, in and out, explained everything great. Then I saw the plastic surgeon and he was amazing. Spunky. Explained well. Got this awful cyst off my face. I was awake for the surgery which feels like a flex LOL. His front office staff was great too. The plastic surgeon department was my favorite one. If I ever get this weight off, they're first I'm going to for skin removal LOL! The main complaint thought is definitely the front desk in the Park Manor associates side needing to be better about answering calls. I work front desk, I know it's possible and I've seen them improving drastically- it seems they replaced the old staff with people a little more thrilled for their job. My job is a hotel, the phone is constantly ringing, and I have a million other things to do. And I get paid a fart and a smile (basically nothing is the point), so I get their standpoint but I also question it and have gotten flustered with it because I find they get paid more and are always way less busy then my job- so I don't get the wait times. Coming in and seeing three on staff, one person just twiddling their thumbs, but the phone not stop ringing is a bit off putting. Overall though, through my frustration I stay with this office.

I said, "listen, I have to get infusions once a month and this never happens to me. I have thin skin and there is no reason to dive bomb the needle into me". she said, "yeah, I'll use a smaller needle". The next thing I am writhing in pain. The needle is in and she's drawing blood. my vein collapsed and I got a giant hematom. AGAIN! The personnel here needs to be purged. They are incompetent, obnoxious and absolutely do not listen to the patient. I have had blood drawn more than I care to admit. I have never had this issue at St. Clair Hospital or UPMC.

The physician's assistant that saw my son was very nice and very through. They had his shoulder x rayed and had a radiologist read it. The radiologist said no broken bones or fractures and that the bone spacing looked good. The PA said to follow up with ortho because there is probably an AC sprain. The ortho looked at the same x ray on my son's phone and told us he has a fractured collarbone. Good thing we did follow up. What kid of radiologists read the x ray? PA super nice, wait super long - excessive, radiologist that read the x ray awful!

The chairs were spread out due to the social distancing guidelines and everyone was wearing masks. Once I checked in, I was called back extremely quickly at only about 5 minutes after check in. This whole building was clean and I never have an issue with finding a parking spot, although the spots may be tight for larger vehicles.
