I called multiple times to follow up, but then the only explanation offered was "not sure why this took so long." I hesitate to recommend it.

I asked if they had something to clean the screen bcuz it was nasty. she said "I have a tissue, we ran out of Clorox wipes". I signed in and stepped to the window they were both involved on their cell phones and didn't even look up at me. I asked if I need to give the labs to them now & the girl said "I can take them" ive been waiting for about 5 minutes now & another person walked in, they did t even look up at him. I am appalled at how employees just sit & play on their phones instead of cleaning the kiosk that everyone touches. real diseases exist & in a medical setting they should be extremely careful and if they're too LAZY to do their job they should be replaced. now I've been here 10 minutes and 2 ppl have come in & been serviced while we still wait. every question about labs we were told we need to call where the labs r sent to. A lady came in for a 24 hr urine collection container and he couldn't even answer her question about it. He stuck my husband and used alcohol for an ethanol blood test for my husband who has AutoBrewery Syndrome. I said "You're going to have to stick him again" & he said "it shouldn't matter it goes onto the tube first" that made no sense. He was nice but clearly doesn't kno how to do this job. His coworker asked him if He did the alcohol test b4 he stuck him, he said yes but that made no sense. I watched what he did, I knew he was using alcohol to wipe his arm. Health care is going to pot. I will not come to this facility again. I will be filing a formal complaint too.

Just had the easiest experience with blood draws every, in my own home. Price was comparable to…read morewhat it would take for me to drive 30 minutes on a cold day, which is painful for me. Excellent customer support from everyone! The gentleman I scheduled with was so helpful; correcting my booking errors and had great patience and understanding. Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. No lines, no waiting room, no driving in the 40 degree weather and I got my coffee and breakfast right away after fasting overnight! Win, win, win! Excellent service. Thanks so much!

It was eventually done and shipped as promised. In all a great convenience and experience with every drop counts mobile phlebotomy.

If you are visiting a doctor that practices at more than one location, it is really important that the staff at other locations clearly communicate information. We had a two hour adventure tracking down a prescription. The employee left a message that was incorrect and we only learned it when walking into the location that did not have the prescription. I appreciated how nice everyone was. I would suggest verifying information before driving to any location. There are limited medical options for my family member's plan and she was happy with her other doctor. The new plan forced changing offices.

Billed my lab work with the wrong insurance. Says they bill by where the NPI of the provider is…read moreregistered. I gave them my correct insurance and they said they could not bill with the correct insurance because the NPI of the provider is from Florida although I received services in Dublin VA. BCBS of Florida of course denied the claim because I do not have insurance through BCBS of FL. I contacted my insurance for help, and she was told the same thing. She says this was a first for her that she has never heard of a provider billing through where an NPI is registered that they are supposed to bill your actual insurance that you have. Since then, they have turned over to collections and now my perfect credit now looks like I don't pay my bills.
