Kiosk check in only and a video plays on how to check in on mobile app or on kiosk. Hand sanitizer readily available. Much better than the miserable check in person at my last place. Person that takes you back addresses you by name and greets you with a smile . You see where your name falls in the rotation on wait time on a screen in the waiting room. Literally a fifteen process instead of hours. Definitely a better choice for testing. read more

I came here from 7:40am, checked in on my phone while sitting in the lobby. I waited an hour an a half and my name was place on hold! They couldn't tell me why but every time I asked why I'm being skipped, I got a terrible attitude saying they are busy and I have to wait. Mean while multiple people came and left all the way up until 9:30am and I demanded to be seen next. I've never been so embarrassed trying to plead a case that I am next and they kept skipping me with a scheduled appointment and taking others. Only reason I didn't leave is because I had commented so much time there already. Georgina was able to hear me out and helped me be seen. Zero stars! Do not go here. Had to get blood drawn 4x (3 hour glucose test - 1st test as soon as I got there, followed by 3 tests every hour). 2 needles in each arm. The woman administering my test was extremely nasty and rude! I don't have her name at the moment. She blew 2 of my veins on my right arm. I would never go back to this location. That woman was horrible from start to finish. I feel so bad for anyone who has her as their phlebotomist. She does not know what she's doing and was unbelievably aggressive!!!!!! read more

If not for the expertise and attention I received from my nurse that drew my blood, this review was quickly on its way to a 1-Star Review. My Doctor had sent orders to Quest for some follow up blood work. I had gone online and scheduled my appointment for 1pm (there were no immediate morning appointments). Fasting was required and I was actually going on 40 hours (I try and do a 36 hour+ fast once a month) when I walked into their establishment and discovered I was 19th on the list!! Number 1 on the list was someone who had made a 12, Noon appointment,..Aaaagh! No way was I going to skip this "appointment" though. Their waiting room was packed (masks required and every other chair blocked off for social distancing). I went outside to wait, but eventually came back inside to avoid the heat and humidity. I overheard one lady ask why it was taking so long and the check-in employee stated that they schedule for 5 people every 10 minutes. Hmmm... Several times they called out names and people never showed - probably because they couldn't wait any longer. I also saw several people go up to the check-in employee and tell her they had waited for an hour and couldn't wait any longer. Finally, after 42 minutes (past my appointment) my name was called. This was the beginning of an attitude change. My nurse was polite, professional, and pleasant to speak with. She seemed a little tired (IMO). and stated she had had a very busy day. She expertly drew my blood, with just a "pinch of pain". :) A couple of hours later when I removed my taped cotton ball, I could barely see where she had stuck me!... and no bruising, whatsoever! So what was going to be a 1-Star review, turned into a 3-Star review because of the employee - No thanks to Quest Management and their lack of scheduling skills. (Tells me they're more about numbers and money than they are about a quality visit for the customer). I would come back here again, but would try to schedule the very first thing in the morning. -Mean staff: The worst quest I've been to. Literally go to any other quest it is probably worth the drive. The older nurses are mean. The worst most rude oddly aggressive one was Lilly. -Bad technical skill: They could not even get the butterfly needle in the vain so if you're squeamish this staff might not be the ones you want to have poking your arm. They told me to expect bruising in both arms. Yikes! -good luck getting an appointment! Impossible to schedule yourself in within a month.If you're a walk in, get ready to wait 1+ hour and if it's even possible, schedule an appointment online before going in. Not sure why they have such bad reviews. I was there yesterday with a 1pm appt. Checked in via the text they sent when I pulled into the parking lot. Walked in, waited a couple of minutes before I was called back, had blood drawn and was back in my car by 1:01. The facility was clean and the phlebotomist that I saw was very kind. You walk into a room with a big TV screen assaulting you with commercials. There are several small, computer screens to check in that are dirty and don't respect your privacy as other patients in the waiting room can see your information. There is no one go greet you or assist you. Your out of luck if disabled or elderly. The phlebotomy rooms have no sinks so that the phlebotomists do not wash their hands before drawing your blood. read more

I actually prefer this facility over others in the area. I appreciate the text prior to the appointment and I am always greeted by a friendly employee. The phlebotomists are efficient and get the job done quickly. They are not all outgoing and chatty and I understand why as the waiting area can be quite full. I have no complaints. read more

I was so scared to go to this location after reading reviews, but it was honestly the BEST lab experience I have ever had!!! I received a text to check in and that was seamless. So easy, in fact, that I thought I hadn't done it correctly. Upon entry, there was a Quest employee greeting people in the lobby and easing check in for those who needed to use the kiosk or had questions. I arrived early (6:10am) bc traffic is a nightmare here. My appt was for 6:20am and there were 2 people checked in ahead of me. I was back in my car and leaving the parking lot at 6:17am!!! Everyone was so professional and kind. The phlebotomist was very skilled and knowledgeable. Overall, 10 out of 10!!! read more

They DO NOT take you in the order you arrive even if you have an appointment. They take the WALK IN before the scheduled appointment. NUMEROUS people are waiting for 2-3 hours and they have scheduled appointments. Horrible customer service. probably the worst customer service I have ever been apart of. First, you walk into the building and check into a computer (no actual person is in the waiting room). they have a TV with a list of names; however, it is very confusing to tell what order you are in with the list consistently changing. I sat by a guy who had an appointment at 8:30 am and was not called back until 9:45 and had to bring up to the attention of staff that his name was removed or the screen 30 min prior to him being called back. you can only speak with staff when they pop their head out from the door to the back rooms and yell a name. when you do see a staff member for 10 seconds if any questions are asked, you are an extreme I convince them. I would not recognize using this location and they need some serious work on customer/ patient care and organization. I have used Quest many times in my life and this location differently provided a different outlook on how this company is being run/ the direction they are going in. read more

After being a patient at Quest for the past 4 years, I have to say that customer service has been totally lost. After standing in line before 6am, at 6900 Daniels Pkwy, I was not serviced because I was a Walk In. Me and 5 other patients were turned away. I have been a Walk In for many years with no problem. The bad thing is it was unexpected. No posting on the website OR at the door! I was told that they were at full capacity...many people did not get that memo. If scheduling an appointment is the only way to get service from Quest Diagnostics, post it or at least have a sign on the door stating that. That's just common courtesy. read more

Was not greeted, nor acknowledged during entire visit except for "yes" "no" responses despite my initial attempt to be cordial. I would have even settled for a smile or eye contact (honestly, has general standards of human interaction come to this??). The two employees in room (room number 3) did not acknowledge me and/or explain anything, and communicated entirely in Spanish, which I do not understand. This honestly would not have been a problem at all if they had bothered to at least address a sentence or two to me. As a personal who happens to be bilingual myself, I know it is very rude to communicate entirely in a language if someone else in an intimate setting does not understand it. This maxim is obviously disregarded, just like the patients who have the misfortune of visiting this location. Very impersonal, rude and unprofessional. Phlebotomist took blood from vein in outer part of arm which was painful. Now slight discoloration at weird spot where the obviously inexperienced technician incapable of making eye contact with me decided to draw blood. Horrible experience and serious inter-personal communication skills training needed at the 6900 Daniels Parkway, Fort Myers location! Seriously, get some new people in this location, the ones working there that I encountered left a very bad impression on me. I never go out of my way to leave unflattering reviews unless I encounter egregious lack of professional conduct and services, which is exactly what is on offer at this location. Are the Quest higher-ups even engaged in training staff appropriate standards of conduct and practices? I assure you you'll get more personality, solicitude and communication from a Siri or Alexa device than you will from the two women that processed me. read more

Quest is my preference. No issues as long as you make a appoint and your on time. Only bit of a downside would be staff to be a bit upbeat.

Had an appointment. Staff was rude and kept pushing my mother back in line when she was there first.
