She continued to treat me like I was lucky to be in her company. I would guess that the fact that I chose to leave the Ocean City location (five minutes from my home) and drove to Ocean View location (twenty-five minutes from my home) tells the tale of the customer service. The staff and the person would took my blood at the Ocean View location were a breath of fresh air. The level of professionalism at Ocean View needs to be shown as an example to the staff at the Ocean City location.

Today I get a call from Jersey Shore telling that I need to come get a COVID test tomorrow morning because all unvaccinated patients have to do this. I am vaccinated and boosted. They tell me my doctor's office didn't send over my card. I offer to bring my card down today. They tell me they had to have it two weeks ago. I tell them that I was not any more vaccinated two weeks ago than I am now. They do not appreciate the logic in this. I am also told that after my test I will need to blow up my entire life by quarantining for five days. My doctor's office tries interceding on my behalf. This does no good. My husband was going to drive me to my procedure next week because I am having a hard time driving, plus he is my ride home. Now, because I can't have contact with him, we will have to take separate cars, and I will have to leave my car at the surgery center for probably give days until I can drive again, and hope it doesn't get towed. I don't understand why I am being made to do this. They have my vaccination card prior to the procedure! This is maddening.
