My parents were patients of Dr. Kasper's for 12 years. My mom and dad lived in Maryland then when…read moremy father retired from being a primary care physician, at the age of 81, they moved to Ventnor where my mom grew up. They had a summer home since 1974. My brother, sister and I loved spending time as a family at the shore. My father became ill last December and was in and out of the hospital with Covid and pneumonia and eventually came home with the care of hospice. I was concerned about recurring pneumonia and asked Dr. Kasper's staff to have him make a visit to my father at home. Dr. Kasper said he would try to get there in two weeks then when I called back he said he wasn't going to come at all. My parent's home is less than a mile from Dr. Kasper's office. My father passed away without a visit from his doctor of 12 years. My father was a loving husband, father and physician. Dr. Kasper is a disgrace to medicine, his patients and to my family. I know that if he was my father's patient my dad wouldn't have hesitated to go see him if his children asked. Not everyone is as they seem. It is in the time of need and help that a person's true nature comes out.

When we first met I believed she was a caring, patient and intelligent physician, however, after months in her care, I realized I was just another insurance payment and that my actual health & mysterious medical condition was just as confusing to me as it was to her. She provided no insight, just a bunch of referrals, that also led to a bunch of dead ends, it's time for me to find a real, qualified and understanding primary care physician that listens and treats their patients accordingly. Her assistant Emma I must say was very attentive and helpful. Since, I've been to Friendly Urgent Care in Northfield for urgent care needs and they are amazing! Same town, right around the corner! Save your time and skip this office if you truly feel there's something going on with your health. WebMD provided me with a more accurate diagnosis than Dr. Bulcha did in months to a year.

Not just this morning but any day any time. The main number still says we are working remote. Really? Still? You do hundreds of procedures a week there and there are people working on site. Not quite static not really a hum just a bizarre addition to a room where no one speaks. There is a bland water cooler with hot and cold water. It works because I enjoyed a cup of cold water. Did I mention the room is clean with 3 walls painted one color and the third a color matching the kitchen chairs. Did they find a sale where there were only a few gallons of paint left? You check in at a kiosk on an i-pad. The warehouse babysitting employee remains silent until she calls names into the plastic walled chamber. Verification of your personal information. The hum of a printer interrupts the television static as another human is processed through. A happy gentleman appears ... He possibly is the blood taker ... A smile to calm before the process begins. As I watch my daughter staring in the same direction as all the others I wonder ... What do any of us want from a business that takes our bodily fluids. Cleanliness ... Robotic but absolute efficiency with a touch of friendliness. We can't expect customer comforts because they know we will come not out of choice but because our insurance company or medical professional said we must. So, I need to look at that tv to see if I can translate the background noise into a message that the image wants to share. As for my rating ... 4 stars. Not bad for a warehouse but definitely a cleaner facility than the next one down the street. Hummmm that tv has my attention as we wait.
