I normally make an appointment when I come here, but due to my busy schedules, I had to check in as a walk in! I signed in at 730am no line but one person ahead of me. Customer service is poor they literally pass anyone in that they "know" before the people in line ahead. So many workers and they only pass one patient at a time. read more

Service terrible, staff abrupt on the verge of rudeness. I was just dropping of urine sample for my dad, he had been there Friday and could not urinate when asked so they sent cup home with him. I knocked on frosted glass partition to let them know was told through glass they would be with me in a moment. 5 minutes later nothing tapped again didn't even respond. I finally said loudly that I was just going to leave on the counter. The person at the window finally opened the window and told me that even for drop off you had to login the self serve check in kiosk. By then at least 5 people had checked in in front of me. I check in and wait. Honestly that wait was only 15-20 minutes. Once called into the back, had to wait again for them to prep labels, print paperwork. Convenient location. When they were calling people to the back the only employee that I heard actually greet and introduced herself to patients was Bailey. Checked in 5 minutes ago with an appointment at 8:15 am and I'm still waiting here at 8:23. They have a board with everyone's name on it and time before you will be seen. All the walk-ins that were here have gone in before me even though it says appointments go first. Just like anything else, never true. Ten minutes later after my scheduled time I'm finally called in. The tech was friendly and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and got me out of there quickly so I could return to work. The place was clean but too many sick people were there waiting. I was just there for some lab work for my dad, technician was great, wait time to a minimum. However, being a medical facility not having a proper lab room for a wheelchair space, is not acceptable. This location is definitely not ADA compliance Reason I'm giving a three read more

Scheduling an appointment and being seen on time is GREAT. However, the restroom is FILTY. Rest room, look and smell like a truck stop restroom. Representative very rude. Lack people skills and cleanliness. Do not allow you to wash hands after your provide sample. Simply, no reason for that.... read more
