I will NEVER go here again! This was the only place open...I walked into the building and it looked…read morevacant. I wasnt even sure if it was the right location. After waiting for nearly 45 min, someone comes to the window to help me. I asked the doctor for a flu test and he refused. He promised that I did not have the flu and gave me a steroid shot. He wrote a prescription for zinc, vitamin C, Claritin, an antibiotic, and cough syrup...the only thing I needed a prescription for was the ATB! The doctor said I had a bad case of bronchitis...nearly pneumonia. The next day my fever was up to 102.1. I tested positive for the flu at the local hospital.

This place is a joke. I don't even know where to start so I'll just list all of the things wrong…read morewith this place and why..... - Took my son (age 5) for his flu shot and the same girl working the front desk came in to administer the shot. She stuck him, removed the needle and then stuck him again and injected the medicine. It all happened so fast that I couldn't even get a word out between the first and second stab of the needle. When you're administering shots to a child, you better be darn sure you get it the first time. Because of this girl, my son, who up until then only had a normal fear of shots, is now inconsolable when someone even mentions the idea of giving him a shot. - They tried to make me pay $50 for my son's flu shot when we have insurance. I explained to the girl that our insurance covers flu shots- as the rest of the family had already had their's, and she proceeded to argue with me about it. When I wouldn't back down and pay her, she finally got on the phone with someone and got confirmation that I did not, indeed, need to pay out of pocket for the flue shot. And rather than say sorry for the misunderstanding, she decided to pop off at me about it some more. - The office and the building it's in is so old and skeezy looking that you can't tell if it's actually dirty or if it just LOOKS that way. Yuck! - My daughter became ill overnight and they were the only ones open on a Sunday that took our insurance, so we braved it again. The website clearly states that the office opens at 11 am on Sundays. We got there well before opening time and 11 came and went with no sign of the office opening. Decided to check the door in case they had just forgotten to turn the lights on and it was unlocked. Walked in, proceeded to knock on the glass partition for five minutes with no answer. Finally, at 11:20, here comes the receptionist through the door, looking at us like we're aliens because we were inside the unopened office. She asks if we need to see the doctor....... Now, I'm no genius, but if I'm the receptionist at a doctor's office and there are people in the waiting room, I'm going to just go ahead and assume that they're here to see a doctor. She then tells us that the doctor won't actually be there until around 12:30 and would we mind waiting. Of COURSE I mind waiting.... We've already been sitting here waiting for you to open the office and now you're asking us to wait an hour before the doctor even gets there?!? She says to me, "We do open at 11 but that's our time to get the office set up for the day and to get everything ready for the doctor." PLEASE explain to me WHY the website says that they open at 11?!?!?!? In what world does it make sense to open an hour and a half BEFORE THE DOCTOR IS EVEN SCHEDULED TO BE THERE???? Why don't they just list 12:30 as the time the open?!? These people are so completely clueless. Clean up your office, clean up your act, maybe throw a fresh coat of paint on the walls, TRAIN YOUR STAFF, advertise the correct office hours..... I could go on and on. What it boils down to is this.... Unless you have no other options, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!
