Was sent here for worker's comp injury and have been waiting almost two hours. No one has checked on me or bothered to say when I might be seen. Update: Looks like they monitor their Yelp reviews though. Within a few minutes of posting review, I was taken to an exam room by the receptionist. Within 30 minutes, they responded to my review. Unfortunately, I waited another two hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner who apologized for the long wait. She was the only one on duty, no doctor, and this was on a Friday afternoon which a staff member told me tends to be very busy. So bottom line is they care more about how they look online rather than staffing for the care of their patients. I'll go to the ER if I have another worker's comp injury. read more

I joined the line to wait through the app as the first person in line. I waited in my car because the app said I would be notified when to come in. After 30 minutes, I decided to go inside. I told the lady at the desk I was just checking in because I was waiting through the app. She proceeded to tell me I didn't need to be there for a virtual visit, to which I explained that I was waiting in line for an in person visit. She responded by saying to have a seat and wait. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes (mind you I was the only one in the waiting room). While I was waiting, a man came in who explained he didn't have insurance. She took forever trying to help this man cut costs and explained where else he could go to make it cheaper. She went back and forth to print things out for him and took time to explain in detail where else to go on Garth road. After he left, she looked at me and said she needed to clean a room and then she could take me back. I wish she had taken the time to clean the room before speaking to the man so that I didn't have to wait for an hour before even being seen. She came and got me and I complained that I had already been waiting an hour. She was very apologetic. It didn't take too long for the nurse to come back. After they performed their tests on me, the nurse said it should only take ten minutes for results. I ended up waiting another HOUR--the motion censored lights even shut off while I was waiting. I eventually got up and walked out of the room to request that they just call me with my results. When I walked out, no one was to be seen at the front desk or in the hallway. All other patient rooms had doors open. I walked back to find the front desk lady, nurse, and doctor all on their computers. I explained that I needed to leave because I had now been there for two hours. The doctor was very apologetic and said she would have offered to call with my results had she known and that the reason why it had taken so long was because they were waiting on my results but they had them now. Without even checking or looking anywhere, she was able to tell me my results and what she recommends for me to do right in the middle of the hallway while she's sitting at her computer. I will never be going back here, as I'd rather have to pay a copay anywhere else than come here for free. Overall, I do NOT recommend this location. read more

I'm surprised this place has 3 stars. I just left the clinic and I'm very happy with their care. EVERYONE was VERY nice and explained everything that was going on with me and clear recommendations. It didn't take long neither...mind you they were busy and this is the night before Thanksgiving. read more

I have never used an Urgent Care facility before, and on May 10, I chose this NEXT LEVEL for my issue with a poison ivy flare up. I was very pleased with this facility. I was in and out in about 50 minutes, I think the longest was filling out my new patient paperwork on my phone. Everyone was so nice and helpful Renee at the front desk was very helpful with my concerns and questions. Megan the Tech, was very friendly and got all my vitals My provider, Michelle gave me top notch service and got me healing up from poison ivy. I will definitely use them again, the service was phenomenal. Quick, simple and out of there! read more

This used to be my favorite place.. I came because the care was amazing and we were always in and out. I expect AT LEAST an hour out of any urgent care.. My daughter has a painful ear ache. I call and schedule a 1:15 to avoid waiting forever. I arrive and check in on time, she's crying the entire time we have been here in the waiting area for about 45 mins. I ask the lady at the front desk whose been talking on her cellphone every time she walks up there, what is taking so long I scheduled the next available slot to avoid waiting a long wait due to how much pain she was in. It had not been long enough at that point for me to give her more medicine, so I hadn't brought any with me. At this point I've been there an hour and I finally get a room and tell the lady I'm fine with the wait... it's okay if they are backed up I just want some Tylenol for my daughter she's like absolutely... we have been hearing her crying. I wait another 30 mins. Still NOTHING. I then proceed to hear the lady up front saying "she hasn't been here that long" arguing with the nurse. I immediately get pissed and walk out of the room to confront her.. explaining to her what time I got there about 7 mins early for my appt and had been there almost 2 hours at that point. The nurse then comes to me saying other patients were seen before me because they didn't realize I wasn't a walk in...... both times I could hear her arguing back and forth with the lady's upfront about it from my room which was insanely unprofessional. In the end they apologized multiple times, treated my daughter well gave her stickers and a popsicle and sent us on our way. Which I appreciate. This experience was just really frustrating. I hope that they work on this issue, I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt and will return is service has improved. read more

I scheduled an appointment on the NextLevel app for my 3 year old son. We arrived 10 mins before our appointment. Upon arrival, there was a short wait but we got into the room pretty quickly. Marilynn the nurse tech was really great with my son, checking his vitals and asked questions. Our Provider Mrs. Byrd was really knowledgeable and provided great advice about our visit. read more

After a 2 hour wait we still haven't seen the nurse practitioner (no doctors here). This is our second time this week because treatment didn't help any and child got worse. Total visit time was 2 and 1/2 hours. This was with an appointment. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time. read more

This location is great .. The staff at front desk is very welcoming and accommodating..One member of the family didn't had an appointment as almost all location are fully booked .. However myself , hubby and our youngest son were the only ones who had an appointment as there were only 3 spot available online ..Staff Mimi was able to accommodate another family member quickly and seamlessly .. Customer service in this location is phenomenal.. it was worth our drive from Pearland ..All the staff here are truly awesome.Highly recommended this place for any urgent care or any test you may need medically .. Update on my last review. In all honesty, the care received by their Nurse Practitioner remains superb no complaints there. I visit next Level because the copay is low and it is who the hospital I work for suggested I use. However beware of using this urgent care as they are quick to send you to their collection agency. I have always made my payments in a timely manner. During one of the visits I was advised by the front desk that I would be billed for my copay. I did not think anything of it since it was during peak time of Covid and there were safety measures and protocols needed to be followed. I began to receive collection calls and notice about an outstanding bill from next level. I was confused since I had made a payment for my copay's previous online. They even charged me twice and had to refund me one copay because they realized I had already made my copay previously. I keep all my receipts and I'm so glad I do because I was able to clear this issue up. Well I had to call the patient services again to clear this up with the collections agency and after many many calls it was taken off my credit report. Fast forward to today I happen to purchase my credit report for equifax and there is the collection from 2021. All this time I was under the impression that was taken care of last year. Not the case. I called patient services again and advised them of this, I was advise all was taken care of but if I'd like to I could call their collection agency directly. I received the number 713-973-0591. I called the collection agency and was told that I would have to wait and call back and speak to one person in office since they were out and got hung up on, talk about unprofessional. Although I do like the care I receive from the NP's at the urgent care due to all the issues I've received from the billing department I highly suggest to visit another urgent care. I do not recommend Next Level urgent care at all. Go down the street from this location to the other urgent care and you will save yourself a head ache. read more

The reception staff was friendly enough but the Dr. seemed to be more concerned with convincing me I had Covid than treating the real problem which was a basic sinus infection. I have had Covid and a slew of sinus infections! I wasn't asking for pain killers for crying out load just some help kicking an infection. $75 for absolutely nothing! Save your money go to a real doctor. read more

Todays visit was awful! The receptionist was very unwelcoming and didn't care to be helpful at all! Definitely felt like an inconvenience! The tech was also rude and nearly jabbed my eye ball swabbing me, just TERRIBLE bedside manner! The Dr was nice and friendly but left with not much resolution. Waste of time and money! read more
