Then I go out to car that was parked right out front and drank a monster and came back in 10 minutes later ready to go. Then he tells me that since I left the building, that it's considered a refusal as well as a positive result. Turns out he called my PO as soon as I walked out the door. Yet I was never instructed to not leave the building.. Now I gotta come back tomorrow to do the test. Total BS!

The registration process is honestly the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. I went through this whole process just for them to tell me they don't take our insurance AFTER 15 mins of verifying the insurance. I gave them the secondary insurance that they did take and they still weren't able to verify. I'm honestly really tired of ER's/ doctors offices/ urgent cares making you go through elaborate processes because they don't want to handle paperwork.
