It's not ok to have only one person waiting and you can't be helped. Didn't even ask how far I drove, absolutely no consideration. My pissing in a cup takes 15 minutes or less if your qualified at what your doing. I arrived at 5:36pm very unfortunate way of doing business! This place is a subpar lab. The gentleman that took my blood was very kind but the facility itself needs work. On the outside it looks decent. On the inside it's comparable to a free clinic. Kind of grungy, clean "enough". I didn't recall hand washing prior to blood draw and the seat was definitely not disinfected before I was seated. My husband said the same about his experience, most comparably the sanitization practices. I wouldn't come back, this was the lab required through a 3rd party. I typically do not post on Yelp, but this office is so egregious that I felt like I had to. I'm an SR Healthcare recruiter and I had a nurse that went to the Harker Heights location for two tests. She went to the office on 5/4/2023 and advised me of the following. "The most unprofessional place EVER! I do not like doing business with unprofessional people. The lady at the front desk was on the phone for 11 minutes gossiping about someone's DNA blood test before finally getting off the phone and asking me what did I need? Ugh, they are the worst I've ever seen! She was in street clothes and I had to ask her to clean her work area before servicing me." I've tried to call the Harker Heights office numerous times (Thurs, Fri, Mon) to get a copy of the test results. If they do not answer the phone, typically it will roll over to the customer service line and they will try to reach the HH office with no success. They will ask for your email address and phone number so I can be contacted. Joy, the office manage, finally sent me an email response. In the response, her comment was "I do apologize about that. I'm not sure why our phone has not rang. She came after they picked up on Friday (5/5/23)." Wrong! As per the receipt, my nurse accomplished both tests on Thursday (5/4/23). I've tried to contact them 3 times this morning, via phone and it still rolls over to the answering service. I also tried to respond to the email the office manager sent me but three times it came back with Mail Delivery Failed. With all this frustration I finally decided to contact the corporate office. The corporate office had a representative that answered my call, but I had a hard time understanding them. Once again she took down my chief complaint, email, and phone number, and someone from the corporate would contact me. I'm hoping my company can get this issue resolved today! read more

We misread the closing time for the lab (thought they closed at 6, but it was really 530); we walked in at 5:27. Instead of turning us away like most people do when it's that close to closing time, they agreed to do my husband's labs. The most horrible experience ever! There were two women at time I came in. The one in the front desk continued talking on the phone and let me wait for literally 10 mins - I was the only one there. Another guy came in and walked up to her. She stopped talking and sent him to the back all while I was sitting there waiting. She resumed talking on the phone. Had my employer not prepaid for it, I would have walked off. After she hung off the phone, she apologized and went on about "that made her wanted to cry." They also misplaced my form, so I had to go for a 2nd test. Luckily my employer accommodated and selected another place. Don't waste your money or time here. read more

Do not go to this lab, very bad place with mediocre, lazy and incompetent employees, we sent an email with all the lab test we needed and they said it was $49 per test so the total was going to be about $650, when we arrived there, they said it is $1450, the person never look at the info we send and give us the first number came to her mind. When we ask why the price change so much their answer was because we were going to pay out of our pocket, but when we called to make the appointment, they said they do not accept insurance. read more

Staff is very friendly. Everything was very quick. Clinic is very clean. I'd recommend them for "any lab test" ;)
