Staff was clearly annoyed that my lab draws took longer than expected because of the type of order forms I brought in from my doctor, and they had to stay after their shift at 11 am. They also told me they need me to "be silent" while they enter the codes into the computer after I had asked two single questions. I've never had a painful blood draw before but this time it was and also left a bruise that's now swollen and sore. Not great and just weird. read more

Came in as a walk in around 4:20 pm on a Tuesday. They close at 5. I sat for about 5 minutes before being called back. The tech checked me in and quickly took my blood. She was professional. She did not say much except what she needed to say. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. read more

Was able to schedule an appointment the day I needed it and was in and out in no more than 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist was very helpful as it was my first time getting blood taken and answered any and all questions I had. read more

COVID ERA: Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horror. They wasn't social distancing, it was so many people in the office when I arrived. I waited two hours, my blood needed needed to be drawn by 9am, they didn't draw my blood until 9:15am. I had to say something because they were running late. When it was all said I'm done. They didn't do the right test. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to figure out what was going on, they lost the test results. A month later the results were found. By this time my doctor had sent me to Lab Corp to repeat the blood test and now they keep billing for $12. For a test which they drew blood for and it was the wrong test. read more

It was horrible. I had a 1' O clock appointment which the girl claims I did not have. I waited 45 mins for her to text me as I was outside. Coming back\ in I gave her the conformation number which she said did not mean anything. She said I would be treated as a walk in. Since it was an hour and 45 we had to use the rest room. Then we were put at the bottom of the list. She was not cordial or kind. I never want to go back to Quest. Additonally, it was a small room and social distancing is a joke. I am shocked to read these reviews! I came in as a walk around 8am today. Crystal came up and saw that I had checked in. She explained to me that I should make an appt because it is not a guarantee that I would be seen today. Before I could even schedule my appt, she offered to take me anyway as long as I could wait a few minutes. She was ready to go in 2 minutes, took me back, had two blood samples & a urine test.. All took about 5-10 minutes. Crystal was calm, quick, and kept me distracted! Getting bloodwork is never fun, but she made it easy! My advice is to have patience with short staffed healthcare workers, understand that walk-ins will have to wait, and do not be rude to these phlembotomists... after all, they are the ones with the sharp things! This location is under staffed. The people who work here are nice but they need more help. No one should wait that long for a appointment. Last time waited 80 mins after coming in at 830 am. That stinks! Would find a new location or open up a bigger. I am seriously considering going to Lab Corp for future blood work. read more

Just walked into Flourtown without an appt. and was taken in in 10 minutes as there was someone else being helped. It was the most painless blood drawing I ever had, and the girl who drew my blood was just lovely! Wish I could find her when I have to have blood drawn. I neglected to get her name, but she was the only one there today around 8am. read more

I was there today. They are understaffed as usual. They have a very small waiting room. Due to COVID 19 they removed a few chairs but the chairs that remain are not 6 feet apart. People kept pouring in and the placed was overcrowded. NO social distancing. I did not feel safe at all. It should be by appointment only and no walk-ins They should allow you to wait in your vehicle until you are called in for your appointment. Shame on you Quest. read more

I just came from getting blood drawn at this location. I signed in at the kiosk, was taken into a room. Maria drew my blood and she was phenomenal. Always had trouble with veins, etc. She found a good one immediately. She was personable and very courteous. I was in and out in no time. I have not one complaint about the appt. read more

The check-in system allows people without an appointment to sit down and continue to wait for blood draws, but whenever there are only about two people in the room, they will all walk into the inner room together, feeling like they only help People with appointments. In the end, I couldn't help but asked if they would draw blood for me. The reply I got was that it was possible, but it might make you wait for 2 hours or more, and they might not necessarily draw blood for you. Since it is impossible to draw blood for me, why make this option and let other people sit there and wait foolishly? Very angry, during a certain period of time, no one who made an appointment was waiting, I heard him calling his name, where there were people who had an appointment but did not come, after calling these names, they went back to rest, and did not help those in need . The phlebotomist failed 2 times when she was trying to draw my blood today. The ridiculous and furious thing is that she told me to go home today and drink lots of water and then come back tomorrow! I drank enough water this morning because there would be urine sample collection. Why don't you go back to your professional training and polish your technical skills and then come back to work? I insisted that she should ask her colleague for help. Finally another lady came and found my vein easily and quickly! It's understandable that you need time to practice and improve your skills. Your attitude is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! Don't blame others for your own mistake!! By the way, I didn't hear she say any sorry. read more

Just wanted someone to know what happened today to try to stop it from happening again. I had two employees come with me to the Quest in Lansdale PA. We checked in at 1:15 and there were 7 people ahead of us. Our entire appointment combined would have taken about 10 minutes, as we have done this many times before. At 2:39, we were the only people in the waiting room. They told us that they were closing and there was no time to see us. This location closes at 3. We sat there for about 3 minutes (because I kind of thought she was kidding) and the only thing the staff was doing was peeking from around the back corner of the office area to see if we left yet. I think it being a Friday may have had something to do with it. The last time we went there, they were pretty annoyed that we had 5 people at once. They suggested us going to the Doylestown branch, but eventually took all of our employees. They told us to go to Harleysville to see if they could take us. We will try that location on Monday to see if it's better read more

This location of Quest is conveniently located near my home. I made an online appointment which as usual is very easy. I was sent reminders and a text before my appointment that informed me to click on a link when I arrived at the site. Upon arrival I clicked the link which turned out to be a check-in stating that I would get a text when they were ready for me. The message also stated that could choose to wait in my car, outside or inside the office until then. Very nice option to have. I waited until the appointment time and went into the office, just as the text arrived. Within a moment I was called back. The phlebotomist was pleasant, friendly and attentive. When it came time for a sample for urinalysis is my only opportunity to suggest improvement. The bathroom was occupied so I waited for a few moments, and when it was empty it was clear that the person before me did not wash her hands nor was there any cleaning between uses. Fortunately I came with disposable gloves and was able to quickly accomplish the task. Hopefully this can be easily addressed with some enhanced processes. read more

We are here on a Saturday morning. The waiting room is standing room only. There is only one woman taking blood and she is visably annoyed every time she comes out and sees more people waiting. People keep coming in seeing the wait and walking out. Or waiting and then walking out. We have been waiting one hour and we have another 30 minutes atleast. Would not recommend this place read more
