Why 1? No front desk staff for quick questions. Appointment scheduled online but over 45 minutes past my appointment time wait. Grossly understaffed. Once you're in, the people that are working are friendly but you can also tell that they are also overworked. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at Quest ever. This location is extremely understaffed and mismanaged. No front desk staff leaves folks that have legitimate questions wondering what the heck is going on, and confused. I had an appointment, checked in online, but still had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. No front desk staff is a frustrating experience not only for the patients, but also the Blood draw staff who is trying to draw blood and answer questions of folks when they open the door to grab the next patient. I saw multiple people with a similar experience to mine, and elderly people who didn't even have a cell phone left confused of what to do with the "Check-In" Kiosk. If you have a chance to select a Quest Diagnostics location other than this one, I would try that instead.

I found this place on Groupon after spending five hours on a plane beside some coughing passengers…read moreand was eager to get in for a vitamin boost so I purchased it. I work in the medical industry so am very particular about where I go to be treated, and this location passed with flying colors. The location is new but the business is not. The owner has a few other locations in Michigan. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mark, who I later found out was one of the owners, and Jeremy one of the nurses. Both were incredibly kind and explained their options to me. Once I had completed my paperwork Jeremy took me back to start my iv. He did it seamlessly. After my iv was in Jeremy walked with me as I selected a room to relax in. There were multiple to choose from. I opted for the front room which was bright and welcoming. The couches were comfy and I there was a television for me to watch if I wanted. After I was settled Jeremy hooked my fluids up and I was running. During the infusion Mark and Jeremy checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. They were beyond amazing!!! I highly recommend this place for all hydration/vitamin needs. They even offer NAD infusions which are truly life changing!!!! I wish I lived closer because this place would be a monthly stop for me. I can't say enough great stuff things it. Thank you Mark and Jeremy for helping me decompress and for boosting my vitamin levels so easily. I appreciate you both!!

4.5 stars. HerScan provides breast ultrasound screenings directly to consumers. Their sonographers…read moretravel around the country to perform breast ultrasounds, and then radiologists read the images. I have dense tissue that can obscure growths in mammograms, so I felt interested in doing this ultrasound. In early January I scheduled an appointment for one of their sonographers to do an ultrasound for me in March. The exact location was communicated to me later, and it was a hotel's meeting room. The cost would be about $300, which I would pay with an HSA, credit, or debit card at the time of service. On the day of my appointment, HerScan emailed me four forms for me to complete online. When I arrived at the hotel's meeting room, the sonographer started the appointment on time. She had experience working in hospitals, and she interacted very nicely and professionally with me. I am a Registered Nurse, and from what I know, she seemed to perform the ultrasound correctly. Eight days later, HerScan emailed the results to me. The results said that I was Category 4, the highest category, because they found abnormalities of cysts and a lymph node without a fatty hilum. They recommended a follow-up mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. the results did say, "In most cases, follow-up imaging does not result in a cancer diagnosis." I shared these results with my OBGYN provider, and she told me to schedule the diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I asked HerScan to electronically send the images to my chosen imaging facility, and they promptly did so through PowerShare software. Almost two months later, my chosen sonographer and radiologist did my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. The radiologist said that I have many cysts and slightly enlarged lymph nodes (NOT without a fatty hilum) that are likely benign and that I should return for another ultrasound in six months. Now I have peace of mind.

I wish I never fell for the SCAM. The technician was kind and chatty, up until she started…read morerecording her findings through the scan. She stated she was not allowed to tell me anything, but her facial expression and manners changed. So I got really worried. When I received the report - which is supposed to be written by a certified radiologist, it simply said that the findings were 'probably' nothing but to do more imaging. Which left me with worries and not sure what to do. What is the point of having a professional give you a diagnosis that sounds bogus and unclear? Terrible experience, save your money and stay away from these charlatans.
