I went in for my appointment at 11:45 AM on Tuesday and they were more than accommodating. To mainly point out, Emily Joy, helped me fix a few things in the system and was more than understanding about my nerves before the blood draw. She was very sweet and made sure to get the blood draw done with no issues. I usually have a tendency to get faint at these appointments but she got it done quickly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. 10/10 experience and she's amazing!!

Everybody is super stressed and grumpy because lots of patients are fasting but just drink your water, bring a book, and chill if you can. I have a really hard time getting my blood drawn. The nurse was really great though. She got me a room where I could lay down, talked to me, and gave me a breathing exercise to do. It took a try on both arms to get a good site but they got it. She also gave me advice to be super well hydrated and drink electrolytes the day before the blood draw, not just the morning of, which might help others like me too.

This took over ten minutes of me standing there trying not to pass out. She was oblivious to my condition and told me to follow her. I could barely walk. I was very slow in getting to the blood draw room. Before I could even sit down, she asked what my plans were for the weekend, etc, after telling me that she was going to bed early that night and hoped her neighbors were not noisy. "Are you going somewhere ? " "What are you making to eat?" "Going to a party?" I responded "no, I will not be going somewhere, have people over, or make some big meal. " I could have ended up lying on the floor and she would not have noticed.

For longer wait times, they even had those call coasters like at the restaurants, that you can shop inside Safeway but coaster will light up when it's your turn. That's pretty cool! The phlebotomist was extremely nice and professional. Her blood drawing skills were excellent and barely felt the blood draw stick. Plenty of supermarket parking space and easy to get to. This will definitely be my new go to lab draw site!
