Went in for my quarterly blood work for my Whoop Advanced Labs subscription. Unlike the other location near here I waited a total of 7 minutes for my appointment which was nice. The young tech who did my blood draw seemed very new, but the draw went just fine. Total time including wait was under 30 minutes which is great-- especially when you're fasted. read more

Went a few days ago. Quick, friendly knowledgeable blood draw. Nice work, Sean. Office was busy but got in within about 10 minutes.

Fix absolutely everything. The staff is so rude that I'm actually shocked. Had a tech tell me I was interrupting his lunch break when I had a scheduled appointment? Also was told to come before 4:30 pm otherwise he'll be "grumpy" even though I had an appointment scheduled for 4:40. Terrible service from everyone I've encountered there. My first visit to this facility for a blood draw today and was pleasantly surprised! The office is clean, well kept and easy to get to. I was able to schedule my appointment on line with ease and check-in was very simple. I enjoyed the phlebotomist care and friendliness. I will definitely be using this facility in the future and would highly recommend it! read more

I went in for a test two months ago. The test results came back as "Not Performed". I went back into the lab to talk to the tech. She said the test probably got damaged in transit and she had to make calls to her company to get a new test. She also assured me I would not be charged for the test. Now, two month later I receive a bill for the test. I call the customer service line and am told I have to call another number to get this fixed. I call and am placed on hold for five minutes then am disconnected and sent to an automated survey. I call back and am told I have to call the provider who ordered the test to have the bill canceled. I say the provider didn't bill me, Quest did, so cancel the bill. It went on like this in a circle until I was so frustrated I demanded to speak to her superior who was no help and was not sympathetic at all. I got very angry and hung up the phone. Now I am reporting the lab to the local government agencies in order to have this taken care of. The whole process of this lab is putrid. From rude techs who yell if there are drop in patients (I wasn't one, I made an appointment but saw her yell about drop ins right in front of us all), to having the test administered in the lobby (yep, that happened), to them damaging the test in transit, to not being able to communicate with me at all about retaking the test, to being charged for a test I never had results for, and just the overall callousness and unsympathetic nature of the customer service staff. Do not use Quest Diagnostics. You will regret it. read more

Until they bring customer service back (an actual person to greet ppl), this problem can't be solved. I came in to just drop off a specimen for testing. I made an appt but b/c I just lost my ID, I couldn't check in to complete my "Check-in". I had to wait in between ppl to talk to one of the techs. It was frustrating b/c I should be able to just drop off, instead I had to wait 20 mins so far. I'm still waiting for someone to come back out. It's amazing how we have allowed this. read more

I already knew I was in for a bad time when I overheard the nurse being rude to the old man for asking for assistance with their touchpad check-in. I scheduled my appointment online and received a confirmation. I arrive on time, sign-in and wait. The nurse calls my name and informs me that even though I booked the appointment they still couldn't take me because there was a miscommunication with the correct website. QuestDiagnostics.com" vs. "QuestDirect.Diagnostics.com". It's the same company...The nurse advised to go rebook in my car. Unfortunately the area I was in didn't have good signal so I spent 15 mins trying to rebook before giving up and going inside to ask if they had Wi-Fi. The nurse seemed annoyed I came back in for help. I guess she expected me to just leave and not try to be seen. I told her I was having trouble with the website and if I could use their Wi-Fi to quickly fill the form out. She rolled her eyes and said "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I admit, I lost my patience after that and we exchanged words. Overall, I lost 45 minutes of driving for a same day test just to be turned away by a nurse having a bad day. I have been here before and it was a much better experience the first time around but I would suggest to look at other Quest testing labs unless you want to risk poor treatment at this spot. read more

ZERO STARS Short lady that doesn't speak English very well. I had to go there three separate occasions to get my blood drawn so I can get to my medication. She had one did not know how to put insurance card and the last two times she said she could not find me on the appointment.The rest were all walk-ins and I was clearly on the screens when people pointed it out still no sign of understanding. She repeatedly said I don't know I don't know I don't know how to do this like is it not her job or is she not properly trained or does she not understand? I hope people don't have the same experiences as me knowing that they go there to get their blood drawn to get lab work or medication. It is something urgent not something that should be pushed around nonchalantly for people to suffer when they don't have their medication's because this woman is incompetent and does not know how to read a screen or how to work a computer this is the worst one that I've ever been to. They treat you like crap they talk to you like you're a dog, they rush you out the door when it's 420 which I understand they close at five but I was waiting there for 40 minutes as it is, as I see them taking walk-ins before me they definitely need more organization or something needs to change because this is the worst in first time I have ever written a yelp review.Both Hispanic ladies need to get more training this is just sad. In and out from my appointment time in under 10 minutes for 4 tests! Super nice staff and super clean. Angel was great.

I'd give a zero stars if possible. Right off the bat, they couldn't find my work order that was faxed in days ago. Once they were finally found, now they need to be entered into the system since they weren't proactive in the first place. There was some confusion on insurance vs pay out of pocket, and instead of trying to fix it and run my insurance because "she didn't know how" to correct it in the system, I had to gather my things and leave without my test being done. Why not cancel and just start over?? Or get someone who knows how to work the computer system (there were 2 that looked at me like I was crazy for asking to bill my insurance). After back and forth with one lady who kept blaming me for a misunderstanding, I left and will take my business elsewhere. read more

The competence of the employees that draw blood has dropped significantly. They are also not compassionate about folks with any kind of needle phobia, which is really sad because this location used to be great. I went in today for my bi-monthly bloodwork. The guy was rude and acted put out from the moment I walked in the door. The recliner was still broken, has been for six months, so I can't lie down which would have helped. I admit to being terrified of needles and not the easiest draw, but this guy was horrible. Not only did he stuck me twice, mansplained things to me, and was condescending, he never got the blood!!! I have two huge bruises on my arm and on my hand from him digging around which was very painful. There was blood running down my hand. It was a terrible experience. Don't ever bring kids here. Professional and friendly staff of phlebotomists who quickly and easily hit the mark time after time after time, resulting in minimal pain and damage. The complete opposite of staff at the clinic across the street. Quest offers a lot of different and useful blood tests. Their rates are reasonable, and they have a discount program. read more

There were changes in the office since my visit 6 months ago. The new tablet check in and automated system seems really modern and efficient, but what used to be a five minute walk-in for simple blood work turned into a wait over an hour. 20 patients waiting with no apparent progress. They installed a tv monitor with patients in-queue. My name sat on the top of the list showing 3 min wait for 30 minutes. The phlebotomists was very friendly, but the new computerized system was clearly an impediment and made the process MUCH LESS efficient. Maybe someday they will be faster. read more

These ladies were so great to me. I ended up being 20 minutes late to my appointment on a Saturday. I felt terrible. They close at noon and I signed it at about 11:55. They were super friendly, took my info and got me back in the chair quickly. She had no problem finding a vein, it didn't hurt at all, and they even found me a lab closer to my house since I live so far away (I didn't ask for this, they went out of their way). Worse experience ever. We came in to do a timed test that had to be done in over 35 minutes. I called the day before to make an appointment and the receptionist told me we don't need to. The day we came in, we told the receptionist right away that we have to do a timed test and she didn't even care to respond. The receptionist was very rude and in a horrible mood. Throwing papers around and very unfriendly. They couldn't get us the test on time. Even knowing that my wife is pregnant, they had no sense of urgency. read more
