I can in for routine lab work. I checked in before several people. But for some reason the receptionist checked in all of the elderly people before me. I was on a break from work and pressed for time but patiently waited. I hate coming to this location and only do so if no other option. I finally asked the receptionist why she checked in everyone before me and she said because they had appointments. May be the case but she may just be profiling. read more

I was skeptical about this place at first, my primary care physician indicated that they prefer LabCorp if I'm not going to have blood drawn at his office. I live nearby and when I received my referral, I decided to walk over in order to see if they received the referral. There was no one at the front desk and after several minutes, a staff member arrived. I asked her if she could check on my referral and she immediately dismissed me without checking. When I arrived home, I decided to check their Yelp reviews. The reviews were pretty bad and if it wasn't for the fact that my PCP had suggested Labcorp I would not have scheduled an appointment on-line. My appointment was for today, 11/18/25, and I was pleasantly surprised. There were 2 very friendly staff members at the reception desk. Shortly after I checked in at the Kiosk, Lauren called my name and escorted me to the room where she drew my blood. Lauren was not only friendly, she is a skilled phlebotomist. I was in and out within less than 15 minutes. My philosophy is always give a second chance no matter what. read more

I had an amazing experience with Dolcia B at the Labcorp on S Balsam in Littleton. Dolcia had incredible bedside manner and was quick to take care of me when I passed out 95% of the way through my blood draw. She was gracious, patient, and quick to jump into action. She was so kind to my husband and I and I truly just have such a deep appreciation for how kind she was to us despite me being a difficult patient to draw labs on. I've experienced lab technicians in the past who have been incredibly resistant to going the extra mile to help me out, yet Dolcia was so happy and willing to do whatever was needed to take care of me! I hope that I only ever get my labs drawn by her in the future. read more

Why are so many clinics closed?? Recently been to two separate locations listed online and found that they were closed after fasting all morning. It's really irritating trying to get your blood drawn and going from location to location in different days to make it happen. read more

Very unprofessional staff. I scheduled an appointment for my lab work. The lady who working at front desk was very rude. I had to waited over an hour to be seen. Once I was seen, the lady who collected my labs told me all about another encounter she had with another patient. This should not be happening at a medical establishment. read more

I went in one day got the stuff to hold sample of poop, next day brought it in, was told to check in, I tried to twice it didn't work. People at the counter wouldn't help me nor talk to me besides telling me that they'd get to me after they took care of everybody else that was going to show up that day. They doubted their ability to keep track of me. I was the Only person holding a sample of shit to drop off in the lobby. This place is pretty worthless and a waste of time to try and deal with. 4 times per year I have to come to work his location, for the past 5 years. Never once can have I been seen at my appointment time. Appt at 8a, now 824a and still not called back. I checked in online prior to 8a and my orders are in the system. I then RECHECKED in at their kiosk, per the front desk, and she just called me up to "check me in". read more

I do not have any idea if the other Lab Corp's are anything like this location on Balsam Way, but if they are, you won't be in business much longer. Monday 12 February 2024: Arrived at 1:25 PM and every seat was full. Signed in and went to wait in another room down the hall. Was texted for what I thought was my blood draw ... nope, no orders. I had a standing order from January for CBC, etc. Front desk said no ... did you throw it away? I haven't a clue what happens at this location, but something is terribly wrong. Called my doctor for a fax to be sent.... sent! Nope, not received. Called again and stood by fax .. heard it arrive. One hour had gone by. Front desk said, and by the way, she was the only one drawing blood and checking everyone in, I would be next! And another woman had an appointment for 1:15; it was now 2:15 plus. Everyone that arrived AFTER me had come and gone. At 3:15 they closed and locked the door ... still every seat was FULL. There were 2 standing orders for me. Guess what? ONLY ONE WAS EXECUTED and the time was now 3:30!!! So much for being next! I am now through with Lab Corp and will go to the lab at Highland's Ranch Hospital. I'm sure it will not look and feel like a hole in the wall .. it is quite unappealing ... Lab Corp is unreliable, untrustworthy and irresponsible. Thanks for the Platform! read more

Please update your hours online. I checked in at 1 pm at the kiosk and waited for awhile and then a guy who worked there came in and rudely told me that I wasn't allowed to be in there because it was their lunch time and that they are closed during lunch. Well, the door was unlocked, the lights were on and it says no where online that they are closed during lunch. Mistakes happen, but don't be rude about it. I just returned from what was supposed to be a simple blood draw appointment. It took me an hour to get there due to a snowstorm, and when I arrived I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me as their computer had been down all day and that they had been "turning away patients all day". Then why in the hell didn't they reach out to their patients instead of making us drive there to be told we would have to reschedule? While I was there I saw an elderly couple, one of them using a walker, being told they couldn't be helped. The icing on the cake was the complete lack of concern the receptionist showed everyone, not even caring to apologize and more interested in looking at her cellphone then in helping anyone. To anyone who is reading this, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. read more

The automated phone service sucks. I kept inputting the prop it's advised me to and it just kept going back to the same prop. You can't talk to anyone to get some simple information. I've talked to several people and they are leaving and going elsewhere. I advised to do the same. read more

This office has a very good staff but the set up is ridiculous. Kiosk is in a separate room to register the lab is so small. The poor staff is constantly having to explain the process. It is so confusing and they lost our sample last week. Complete chaos !!! read more

The staff is always courteous and friendly while being quick and efficient. My reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 it's due to a billing issue. I recieved a bill for a visit but was going to get blood drawn again a few days after I recieved the bill so I wanted to wait for both services to go through and pay for both at once. I'll admit it escaped my mind but I never recieved another bill until I got one from their collections company about a month and a half later. I never imagined being sent to collection after only recieving ONE bill and no others. I paid immediately when I recieved that but I should have been sent a warning (or just another bill) before they sent me to collections. No medical facility has ever turned me without a warning first and thus it doesn't happen unless I'm really struggling financially (only one time before have I been sent to collections and I recieved 4 bills for the same service before they sent me). I understand as a patient I have a responsibility to keep track of money owed and making sure my debts are met, but I felt very slighted that they didn't give me opportunities to pay by billing me (I work in a doctor's office and we send repeat bills every month if they're not paid). Especially during covid when struggling financially is effecting so many they really should be better with their billing to avoid people unnecessarily being sent to collections. read more

Let's face it, no one likes to give blood. Whether it's for routine blood work or if you're sick. But this place is not terrible. It's in a good location and the folks who work here are very nice. My only complaint is the cleanliness. You would think a lab it would be pristine. The carpet needs to be cleaned and the check in kiosks need to be wiped down. Kind of gross. Still one of the better LabCorp so I've been to. I'll use this location again. read more

This place is a joke, they would not take my bloodwork because they said I owed them money from 2018. I disputed these charges and they were taken off my credit report and squashed by my insurance company. They said I had outstanding balances of 20 dollars and 5 dollars Talk about jumping over dollars to get to pennies.‍ We need Medicare 4 All in this Country. The blatant greed is ridiculous already. The people behind the desk were not professional. I had to explain the process of drawing blood and sending to a third party. I begged the to call the main Lab Corp office to learn how to process the paperwork but they refused. Several times I had to explain how Lab Corp processed the procedure in the past but they refused to listen. I left unhappy. I called the Lab Corp in Lakewood on Alameda and they knew how to code the draw and I was done in 10 minutes. read more

The front desk staff person was rude from the moment I walked up to check in. Told me impatiently that I needed to check in at the kiosk in Rm. 360. When another told me the staff member was calling my name down the hall, I went back and she told me she did not call my name. I mentioned that I had made an appt at 11am just to make sure she knew. When I got up to the desk to pay she rudely stated that I seemed upset and through gritted teeth said she was sorry if she had done something to upset me. It upsets me when I walk into a place of business and immediately encounter a rude employee with a chip on their shoulder. Customer service is very poor by the desk staff. Showed up for a 2-hr fasting glucose test. They called me 20 minutes late and then said they couldn't see me because no one would be here to draw blood at the 2-hour mark because of their lunch break. Should they have seen me on time I would've been fine. It was a complete sh!t show. People were waiting for over an hour without an appointment. Let's not forget I tried calling Monday and left a voicemail making sure they were stocked with the nasty drink. No one ever called back. This location needs to POST the hour(S) that they are closed for lunch. Also, need to have ability for us Healthcare field workers to drop specimens at ANY time. Tubes need to be spun within the hour of draw, and not knowing when we CAN drop, results in compromised specimens. read more
