Once again made an appointment and was in and out super quick. Yes they had a lot of patients but they were being seen rather quickly. My wait time was not too bad. Was in and out within 30 minutes of my scheduled time. Also I am deathly afraid of needles but every single time I get blood drawn I feel nothing at all. I liken these women as the doctors in Vietnam. Seeing so many patients they became quite adept at treating them. I am at Quest Diagnostic.. I have an appointment, I arrived early UGH... i wasn't sure where it was and I didn't want to be late.I have been sitting her for almost an hour. They have cleared all the people that had appointments before me.. Now they are seeing any unscheduled persons that arrive before my appointment time before they see me ( that what I was told by the staff member). This place is horrible my son hasn't had anything to eat since the night before. I didn't make an appointment due to my doctor saying it wasn't necessary I could just walk in it would be fast. I checked in as a walk in and waited for 3 hours and I ended up leaving to Whittier so much nicer and understanding that it's a child that hasn't ate. So do not just do a walk in make an appointment and bring your paperwork because they will take you off the list and tell you come prepared next time I felt so bad for that older lady waited all that time. They were just so mean 1 of them came out yelling if your a walk in be prepared to wait till we close. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! It was the short,old, hispanic lady with glasses, and short, curly, salt and pepper hair! While my grandmother was at her appointment, she received a call regarding her son who had passed away. The staff member who was assisting her showed absolutely no compassion or empathy in such a heartbreaking moment. Instead of offering support or even a moment of kindness, this lady was dismissive and, shockingly, tried to rush my grandmother out of the facility while she was in the middle of having her blood drawn. The lack of professionalism and basic human decency was appalling. My grandmother was in shock and needed some understanding, but this staff member showed none. She acted as though she was inconvenienced by my grandmother's grief and tried to hasten her departure. It was completely unacceptable behavior in such a sensitive and vulnerable situation. I had to drop off a specimen for a patient here. This plaza lacked parking availability but at lead the turnover was fast. It was afternoon hours on a Friday and it was pretty packed. Even though I only had a specimen drop off, I still ended up waiting about 20mins. Longest wait I had ever encountered at a quest for drop off. My wife and I get our blood work at this location and we never had a problem for both of us going into the room just to be there for one another. Today, this gentleman with a buzz cut hair, and Latino by my guess stopped me from going inside with my wife. I understand if it was just blood work but like I said this wasn't our first rodeo if I want to accompany my wife I should. There was no indication that the rooms are over capacity or unusual over crowded. Just the normal busy schedule they have but I am not on their way. If I have to throw a scenario for those individuals to understand where I'm coming from here is one. California is known for earthquakes, she's inside that room while I'm waiting at the main lobby. An earthquake hits what do you think my first reaction would be? My wife! but because of me being separated, now I have to go find her hope to God she is okay because she is 7mo pregnant and then find the safest escape route or emergency procedure...or avoid the separation from a husband to a wife or vise verse and let me be with my wife in case anything happens I can be at ease that my wife is with me during a chaotic event. read more

They have a high percentage of seniors clients who are not computer knowledgeable and they have to sign in using a tablet and when they are unable to do so and ask the staff for help they get treated with disrespect and get told that they have to use the tablet to sign in even when the 80 year old parent does not have the skills to do it. But i guess it was such an inconvenience for them to help. This establishment shouldn't take walk-ins and most definitely change their hours since they don't close at 4 or at least be mindful of the people. If they know they have a standby list at least be honest with the people and remind them "hey we're not going to be able to see you today" Instead they leave you in the lobby just suspense fully waiting till they close!!!!! The lab tech did not know how to insert a needle, I was in horrible pain and asked how much longer, I've never had a needle hurt!
