Overall g ood visit, however I have had the same test given manu times with Life Line but on this testing session, the tech who tested my stomach area artery pushed TOO HARD on my body to the extent that I was in SEVERE PAIN . The printout of the ultra sound scans they mailed me were crowded onto one page -- and the resolution was so poor that I doubt that any of my doctors could make much sense out of them. I was hoping that by signing up on the portal that I would have access to images of much greater quality -- but sadly, this was not the case. I called customer service to see if I was missing something, but the woman seemed pretty clueless and didn't even know whether or not the images would be available on-line. read more

I was actually tortured with the abdoman aurota test. The tech pushed overly hard repeatedly and very painfully. I expressed my pain and discomfort but he continued to overly exert pressure on my body . I have been through many Previous Life Line Screenings and never prior have I experienced such pain and trama on this test. I have a MD appointment to check out this part of my body. I was most disappointed with this testing session and will have to reconsider future appointments. read more

I feel duped by the advertised price for the Life Line service. The fact that they require an additional fee for "Reading the Results" is deceptive advertising. Who on earth would anyone want to go in for various screening tests and not receive the results? The general location of the screening site was very vague and almost impossible to find. They gave the address of a huge shopping center with no details . It was very stressful and took a lot of effort and I was in a very bad mood when I finally found it . I learned everyone else in the room with just as angry for the same reason . I specifically inquired about the scan of the carotid artery to confirm if this was a CIMT scan. In fact their website even discusses the CIMT test (see attached screen image). I was assured this carotid scan was a CIMT test. However, after a long drive to reach the test location, I was informed at check-in this was not a CIMT scan of the carotid artery. In fact, the attendant didn't even know what a CIMT test was! I am extremely disappointed that Life Line Screening was not truthful to properly inform me about this scan. In fact, the booking agent lied. I feel as if I was scammed, and this test was not what I wanted, and not worth the fee I paid. read more

I love the convenience and how they offered many test options.. Once I chose my options I sat for about 15 minutes before they called me in to each station. No bedside manner and very little communication from the staff to tell me which test were being done at each station. I left wondering if I received all of the tests that I had paid for. read more

I have been there before without a problem, this time the technicians were VERY rude and incapable of doing any of the tests correctly! When they did the neck sonogram they just put it on my neck and stayed in one place and did not slide it up and down ( I have had a few and know it should have not stayed in one place) I will NEVER go again!!! We, my husband & I, felt rushed into getting an upcharge for the next level of service/tests. The guy at the front desk was talking so fast we couldn't keep up with him. I felt like we had already paid for all the tests we had signed up for, but he rushed us through signing up for more tests that we probably didn't need. To this day, I still don't know what the extra charges were for. No additional brochure was given to us as something we could look at & follow along with. Maybe because our appointments were right around lunchtime they all wanted to get the heck out of there. We were done way before 90 minutes. It only took them like maybe 20 minutes to do all the tests on both of us. My husband said that one test he had signed up for ahead of time was not done. At my age I don't appreciate being rushed through anything. My brain just doesn't work as fast as it used to. I know for sure that I won't be getting anymore Lifeline Screenings, as this was my third one! read more

Everyone was pleasant and compassionate, very helpful and knowledgeable of questions I asked. The wait wasn't near as long as in time previously experienced. I only had to wait three minutes past my appointment time to get called to check in and then about 5-10 minutes between procedures. Much more efficient this time. It wa inaccurate. it is a company with heavy advertising and when i went there also sales pitch continued. result wih not accurate.their cimt is not a true one rest is not in depth.it is ONE BIG SCAM with heavy advertisement.you also may get inaccurate diagnosis.also when i was on phone booking again was heavy sales pitch.the people doing the tests had not enough knowledge even about basic health stuff.they were not answering questions in detail just would make general answers. it was just rush do it and charge your card and NEXT.I doubt if they use certified nurses yo do tests.My friend did it too and was so worried about what they said DR checked and was inaccurate.even blephodomist had not enough knowledge about details.DEF save your money read more

The costs have gone up siginificantly compared to the fairly recent past. Getting your results is problematic, it should be easier and more straightforward. Please simplify this process, your website experience is only good at taking your test order, after that there is definatley room for improvement. Also it would be great if you could make Life Line Screening more insurance friendly. read more

I have been a loyal to Life Line Screening for years! But this time I didn't feel the same about the appointment. I felt incredibly rushed and I was hoping to purchase the blood work but I wasn't offered it due to the rush. Now the big issue I had with this visit and that was the neck ultrasound ! By far this was not what I expected it to be after having the same exam done annually. The young lady conducting the exam had apparently had a mishap with the gentlemen before me and she was going to have to redo his exam. However, she rushed through mine to get his redo his. I know what the neck artery exams are and because my mother had a stroke due to blocked arteries, I take this exam very serious. This was my 3 visit for the Life Line Screening. They completed the test is one hour. I received the results of the Lab Services Test while on site. The attendant hand wrote on a folder flyer. I had to log into a website to receive a 2 page report summary. I am extremely disappointed. My expectation was a professional 13 page detailed report similar to the report received from my previous visit. This was Not worth the money. The organization is not as professional as it used to be. I will not go back and do not recommend Life Line. read more

I'm giving a neutral review because I haven't had the service but was considering it. First red flag, locations in church basements American Legion halls, or some other low-rent temporary venue. There is a band of gypsies down the street in a motorhome offering scans for less, along with a free cup of tea and they will also read the leaves for a fiver.
