That said, I have used this place a few times and other than the wait, which should absolutely be expected from any urgent care facility, they were pleasant and attentive. Had to take a friend here who was unwell with an oral infection and fever. They were understaffed, but checked back with us frequently. After seeing the nurse and the PA they ran a few tests and determined she had a server bacterial infection. Administered IV fluids and IV antibiotics as well as kept us there for monitoring for a couple hours. Again, with the exception of the expected wait times, it was a pleasant experience from the staff, and they discovered a deeper issue that was potentially life threatening.

My daughter was experiencing severe, stabbing abdominal pain. We waited nearly 2 hours in the waiting room, followed by another 2 hours in an exam room before a provider finally came in. After a very brief exam consisting of little more than touching her abdomen, we were told they would run labs and give her Pepcid or Maalox for what was described as a possible upset stomach. At that point, we had already been there for 4 hours, and my daughter was still in significant pain. Then we learned that the lab results would take another couple of hours to return and that the facility does not have ultrasound capability at night. That information should have been communicated during triage. Had we known 4 hours earlier that they could not perform one of the most common tests used to evaluate abdominal pain, we would have gone directly to an emergency room. We left with no answers, no diagnosis, and a child who was still in acute pain. I'll be checking the lab results on the patient portal in two hours and seeking emergency care elsewhere if her condition worsens. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not rely on this facility for serious medical treatment or any condition that may require imaging. I am going to assume that they are understaffed and underfunded.

He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. I felt that I had a much better understanding of the condition of the house and I feel confident proceeding with the purchase. Jason made a potentially stressful experience very easy and smooth. We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. He came out very quickly and began checking things that may have caused the loss of water in the house. He was so complete in his troubleshooting, he discovered that the problem was most likely an electrical issue. After getting the electrical issue resolved, Kelly came out the next day and replaced an old pressure switch and installed a pressure gauge on our bladder tank so we can verify that it's working properly. His prices are very fair. He could have just come and replaced our pump and charged us a lot of money. Instead, with his troubleshooting, we paid 1/5 of what we would have paid to replace the pump. He also cleaned up some previous shoddy work that had been done to make the property safer. He will be our first and only call for any well or water treatment issues we have in the future. I got a confirmation email that stated they would be in touch. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately. After hearing nothing for over a week, I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They said they would check on it. By June 2nd I had still not heard back, so I emailed again demanding a tracking number. They responded by asking me to call them. Kelly indicated that he may not be able to get the filters, and that he thought the web page I ordered from had been removed. I received an email on June 10th, stating I was getting a refund in 3-5 days. I finally had to call back on June 19, as I had not received a refund. Kelly then cussed as me, and blamed me for ordering from a web page that wasn't supposed to me there, then hung up on me. There's a reason this is a mom and pop shop, and based on my experience they won't be in business long.
