They work diligently to keep wait times down, but each staff member is detailed, thorough, efficient, friendly & so helpful. Many times going above and beyond. I can definitely tell you that this is the place for any phlebotomy place you'd want to be. I wish some of them could work part time at some of these hospitals. Lol Just be patient and empathize with your fellow workers. Ive seen some outrageous things that they deal with (very professional) and it's really demoralizing to them or anyone giving you any kind of service. There's a reason they are so busy, no one wants to go elsewhere, and yes Corp is stingy & definitely hiring:/paying for more staff. It's not the workers fault! I went the first time and was AMAZED at her sloth like speed but because I was a walk-in decided I'd let it slide. Stupidly, went back again yesterday, 11/14 and specifically told her which tests from which doctors I needed performed. She was, to say. The least, less than charming. She took my blood, and I've got the bruises to prove it, for THE WRONG TESTS!!! DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GO THE LABCORP AT WALGREENS ON 38!! She. Is. Awful!
