This place is terrible. I'll never go here again. I brought my 5 year old in a few nights ago (8 pm), he had just gotten over a bad cold and was complaining of ear pain. They looked and said no ear infection! We brought him home, he was crying and wailing all night of ear pain, and didn't sleep at all, completely unlike him. I called his pediatrician the next morning and they got him in right away, and said he has a double ear infection and they don't know how the urgent care doctor could have even seen his ears without removing some wax. Now I'll have an urgent care bill AND a pediatrician bill for visits less than 12 hours apart. read more

From providing a quick and efficient diagnosis, to outsourcing when needed without collecting fees, to assisting uninsured college students with medical needs, I've experienced some great medical personnel at this particular UC. I'm so thankful for this place! I'm suffering from a bad respiratory illness and my doctors are too busy to see me, and my PCP doesn't allow patients with respiratory ailments to come to the Office (post-COVID protocols). Anyway, they were busy at 10 am and I waited about 30 minutes. Good thing you can pre-check-in online and save time when you arrive there. Nurses were nice and I got some new drugs (which I've taken when I had sinus trouble last year). Feeling a bit better after the day ends and ready to get some serious shut-eye. read more

Barely gave me the time of day. Took my blood pressure and sugar for $150 and sent me on my merry way. They do not do or refer for labwork. When I asked about Quest, where you can pay for blood work yourself, she acted like that was not an option. She kept recommending Patient First in Cherry Hill which does labwork. The whole reason I went was because I don't have much $ or insurance and I'm pretty sure Patient First could rack up. So I went to Quest- cheap and could book next day. From the wonderful ladies at check-in to the medical assistant and the doctor. Everyone at this location is absolutely wonderful. The ladies up front are welcoming and helpful. Dr. Jason Moraleda has an amazing bedside manner and truly seems to care about his patients! I came in for back pain and the wait was not long, got me to an exam room pretty quickly and after the assistant asked me a few questions and took my vitals the doctor was in the room within 5 minutes. Dr. Moraleda took the time to assess my symptoms and really explained ways to help alleviate my issues. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone! Had me in and out within 5 mins.. Didn't run any test. Looked in the back of my throat and said I have rsv and gave me cough meds. Then said if you're not feeling better, come back. I had peace of wood the size my pinky finger nail (width and length) lodged in the soul of my foot. The receptionist was very kind, patient and answered all of my questions. when I was called back I was greeted by Ms. Jennifer MA, she took my vitals and asked for more information about my injury. She was very professional and concise. Ms. Waneta NP then came in and looked at my wound and recommended that I go see a foot specialist but first I should get a X-ray and make sure something was actually in there. The X-ray technician (I didn't catch her name) was very nice and conversational. After looking over my X-ray, Ms. Waneta NP said that nothing was showing up and that it just might be an infected. I pointed to the little sliver peaking out of my would and asked if that was scab. She grab a light and a magnifying glass to get a closer look. She quickly left and returned with a fresh pair of tweezers and a needle to numb my foot. Ms waneta NP held my foot down and pulled while Ms Jennifer MA held the maginifying glass and light for Ms. Waneta NP. They both exhibited great teamwork on this task and I am truly thankful for everyone who works in this office! read more

Juanita the nurse practitioner is very professional and takes her time to make sure she provides the best care possible. Highly recommend.

I went in to get my ears cleaned since they were clogged with ear wax. The NP and her tech were pretty grumpy because they were busy. The tech flushed out my ears and used a very high stream, almost felt like she was using a power washer. My ears started to hurt and itch after the visit. I went to my primary care NP and she said my ears were swollen and inflamed. I had to pay $115 for antibiotic ear drops. Don't go here to get your ears cleaned, they will only make the problem worse! read more

Horrendous and DeMoralizing Experience Dr. Edwin Williams is the single most unprofessional, negligent and unethical medical doctor I have ever encountered. Dr Williams did not see fit to even review the X-rays prior to instantly determining the irrelevancy of my husband's foot injury. Dr Williams' abrupt dismissal of the injury coupled with his obnoxious skepticism despite the visible enlargement and swelling surrounding the tissues was a belittling attempt at gaslighting. His brilliant parting words were "to continue doing what you're doing and that these things happen." Dr. Williams marginalization continued with a reminder to take our cd copy of the X-ray. The X-ray he couldn't be bothered to read. This is not an individual worthy of a medical license. Stay away from Atlanticare Urgent Care in Mount Laurel, NJ. read more

I have facility for several years and have been satisfied with their services. But the billing department is terrible. I changed inurances at the beginning of 2022 and I need urgent care at the end of January. I verified with on my new insurance company's website that they were in network. But I was billed out of network. Insurance co. says that the billing dept used to wrong code on the claim form. I called the billing dept in April and asked them to correct and resubmit. Not resubmitted until July and they turned the bill into collections. read more

This is the worst urgent care. They don't examine you . They let you sit in your car and do a telemedicine. How can you thoroughly examine the patient with out actually seeing the patient. Dr was incompetent stated had an infection and not to be around people but didn't recommend an antibiotic in order to help. Avoid if at all possible. Focused 100% on diagnosing CV-19 cases only so if you have anything else, in my experience, they ignore the symptoms, ignore the patients comments, and do their own thing. Used to be good as recently as two years ago. Checkin staff was great! Triage nurse kind with a good sense of humor. That's where it stopped, however. Poor/wrong diagnosis that gave ZERO help, and policies that kept patients sitting on the curb waiting for a telemed appointment. read more

What to say? I was travelling and had a medical issue (minor but alarming). I called the labyrinthine Blue Cross "Out of State" referral line to get help. After 30 minutes on hold, a confused operator gave me three places near where I was: one phone number had been disconnected, the other was 15 miles away, and then this Urgent Care facility. Let's go blow-by-blow on how awesome they are: -"Line" was short - one person ahead of me (never seen that before) -Front desk staff was efficient -One form (!) to fill out, and not reams and reams of paper -Called into the doc within 10 minutes -Diagnosed in another 3 minutes -Gave me bandages and tape for issue, as well as a script to fill -Doctor had AWESOME bedside manner (totally allayed my concerns and looked at the situation from my point of view) -Here's the kicker: called me the NEXT DAY to make sure I didn't have any questions from the visit ("if you have any questions, please call us back at xx, if not, don't worry about calling back and have a nice day") - who does that? If you need help in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. The least painful and smoothest health care experience I've ever had. read more

Very nice facility in an easy access location! Their waiting area is fully stocked with coffee and bottled water, and there is an entire separate section for the kids to play. I stopped in around 2:00 on a Tuesday and was greeted by a very friendly girl behind the desk. She was quick and efficient with instructions and paperwork and I waited less than 10 minutes. There was also a guy behind the desk who wasn't assisting me but was clearly very patient and helpful with the person he was tending to. The medical assistant and the doctor (who is a DO which I was happy to see) were both very nice. The nurse was the only part of the experience who wasn't all smiles. She came into the room and stated something rather curtly regarding my purpose for visiting without even saying hello or introducing herself. When she was done she left the room, door open, without any instructions on what I was to do....soo should I stay or should I go now? Fortunately I had gotten what I needed and wasn't there for anything urgent, so after waiting a minute I just took my paperwork and left. Overall it was a pleasant visit and I would gladly go back again. Definitely recommend! read more

This place is the epitome of a crooked healthcare system. If you like your money, stay away. They will smile at you when you walk in and out, but when it's time for the doctors to get paid, they slam you with an exorbitant bill, two faced and greedy as ever. I was there for a tetanus shot, small pierce helping my mother fix a fence. I was in and out within 5 minutes, unaware that the visit would cost me $250, even though the tetanus vaccine is a 100% covered preventative medicine (which it is, but they find a way to stick it to the consumer). Do the math, that equates to $50 per minute! I can't even fathom any other industry getting away with such an underhanded practice like this. After a lengthy dispute that was never resolved (March 2015-present), I was told the person handling my case was no longer with the company. Back to square one, I guess they just want patients to give up. As I said, this place is the epitome of a crooked healthcare system. If you like your money, stay FAR away. read more

This place is great! It's right down the street from my house and since my regular doctor retired this place is so convenient. The staff is always friendly they have complimentary coffee, tea and water while you wait. I haven't had a bad visit when I went here. They can check if you have strep throat in within the facility. For someone like me who easily gets sick this place is perfect. The copay tho is higher then going to your regular doctor. read more

I have used them twice within the past month and both times were great experiences! My first visit was for pain in my ribs when coughing. I was checked in quickly and brought back within 5-10 minutes. I saw the P.A. quickly and he diagnosed me with a sprain. X-rays were taken on site to rule anything else out. Meds were called in to my pharmacy quickly and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Today I went in with a cold and sore throat. I had barely sat down in the waiting room when I was called back. The nurse did a strep test and it was finished by the time the doctor came in to see me. Diagnosed with an ear infection and was handed meds right there! In and out in under 20 minutes. Every staff member I encountered here is incredibly professional and courteous. The facility is very clean and water/coffee is provided. There is also a children's area in the waiting room. My copay is higher than normal here because they are out of my network but I would rather pay it than go anywhere else. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! read more

While doing yard work I got something in my eye. Went to this urgent care to have my eye flushed out. Upon arriving everything was going great. Filled out the paperwork, paid my co pay, etc. I was extremely irritated by the fact that after explaining my issue, waiting, etc. They don't have the ability to flush someone's eye.. This place was fantastic. I had an semi-emergency and on memorial day weekend, my regular doctor's office was closed from Friday through Monday. So I went here. The place is really clean. Very courteous receptionist. Using their online booking we had zero wait. And the doctors were efficient and professional. I came here recently when I had a uti. Staff was pleasant. Facility including the bathroom, waiting room and exam room were all clean. They have a lab on premises so they were able to diagnose me on the spot. I was in and out in about a half hour. Copay was only $20. Quicker and easier than seeing my gyno for a uti. read more

The first time I went there I had a great experience and they even called me to check in. The second time, there was no call. When I called back to tell them I was still experiencing the same symptoms weeks later and asked for a new prescription to be called in for me, the 3 people I spoke to on the phone were rude and condescending. Slick presentation and easy access. But don't be confused. This is an "urgent care facility". They really aren't interested in managing your illness and shouldn't be considered a replacement for your primary care doctor. Overall experience has ranged from good to condescending. I found if you are looking for more than simple solutions like cough and cold you will be fine. Mention cough and cold with I have asthma or I'm diabetic and they dance around trying to avoid complex solutions. They will also look to up sell immunizations and on-site treatments in order to milk your insurance a bit more. Kind of tacky. read more

My regular physician usually takes 4 days to get me in for a sick visit so I have gone to this urgent care quite a few times over the past 3 years. They are always courteous and compassionate. They will give you the medications if they have them which is great when you feel awful and don't want to have to stop and wait at the pharmacy. The wait time in the waiting room is considerably less than my PCP. Today I went in and needed antibiotics. They didn't have a full z pak but gave me the first dose and the cough suppressant in the office since the Walgreens pharmacy was already closed. I've never had a bad experience here. read more

This place is the best! The doctor that is usually there I think used to work in an ER so he has that type of extra experience. They do stitches X-rays and have great hours. I go there before my primary because the wait is never long, they have the sweetest staff that calls the next day to see how you're doing. Recently, I had strep throat. Doc saw me and got me in and out with antibiotics in 39 minutes. I have a 3 year old and 18 month old who I would happily take there and my husband also had a good experience the one time he went. However, the doctors have been incorrect in their diagnosis and also often incorrect in their prescribed method of treatment leading to additional visits and painful results for our family. When I have questioned them, they are dismissive and condescending. Head elsewhere unless you don't have an option. read more
