Made an online appointment for routine bloodwork, checked in on my phone and waited in my car. The phlebotomist (sorry didn't get her name) texted me when she was ready and I was taken quickly. Facility is small but very clean. The phlebotomist was suited up with full PPE and face shield (COVID era), the blood draw was efficient and quick, and I was out in very little time. LabCorp has a patient portal with online test results, so one needn't wait for pokey doctors to disclose results (or not). I love that!

I spoke to Jenna who was pleasant and knowledgeable. She confirmed they took my insurance and gave me the hours of operation. She told me I could walk in or make an appointment online. After work, I headed there. Jenna greeted me, checked me in and gave me new patient paperwork. The medical assistant who took me into the exam room was friendly and efficient (I'm sorry I have forgotten her name!). When the doctor Paula arrived, the impeccable professional service continued. She listened to my symptoms, examined me and diagnosed me with a nasty sinus infection. Paula prescribed medication and sent the script to my pharmacy. It's now a week later and I am definitely feeling much better! When you're not feeling well the last thing you want is to deal with another headache. This experience was great, all things considering. I would not hesitate to visit again if I need urgent care services.

I've made appointments here, and reconfirmed the day before, only to go there and my appointment was "lost" or "not found in the system". The system is all computers, so there is no front receptionist, you check in via kiosk. It is not exactly handicap friendly neither. The front threshold is extremely high, even by normal standards. There are no automatic doors to access the main building nor for quest. So if you are in a wheelchair or using self assistance, try a different location, as there will be difficulty. Be aware that if you're a person, whose veins are hard to find, they have a strict policy to only be able to stick you twice, which is understandable. They don't have a vein finder device neither. So if you know finding a vein might be difficult, you might need to just go to your doctor, to save yourself time and effort.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 , I got there at 2:30pm the office was busy. Each time they came out with a folder , I was hoping they would call my name but they didn't. After about an hour I was finally called into the exam room. I had an X-Ray done onsite., 10 mins later Dr. Gerber came into the exam room. Dr. Gerber has good bed side manner. He looked over my MRI reports that I brought to the office as well as the X-Rays. He was attentive and offered several treatment options, I didn't feel pressure to my decision. referred me to a great physical therapy place. Although my visit with Dr. Gerber went well , I would probably see him again at a different location.
