Wait wasn't long. Even without an appointment, it took 35 minutes to be seen, giving me plenty of time to fill out the registration form using my mobile with a link sent via text message. My teenager needed blood work done. We were told by his doctor not to eat or drink after midnight before his appointment. He was apparently dehydrated and so I was chastised about not giving him water to drink. She couldn't find the vein even though his veins were showing on his hand but the phlebotomist said they didn't have any butterflies. Amazing! Luckily, she was good at what she does or I would have raised hell. She got it in one poke. Thank goodness. No one hurts my son. So parents, if your kids' veins are hard to find, call and make sure they have experienced phlebotomists or butterflies. ***second review*** This does not change my terrible experience for my first son as this time around, my youngest had a great experience. The phlebotomist, Darla, was amazing with him. He was anxious from the night before and she did an amazing job calming him down. He did not feel anything because this time, they had the butterflies. She talked to him and was very engaging. She needs to train that other person. This place would be better for it. Changing the stars just because of this experience. They get 4 stars from 2. I would have given them 5 stars but the first experience takes that star away. read more

Prompt, professional lab services! I was so nervous to have my one year old's first blood draw but this was a perfect experience. Check in at the kiosk, we were called maybe ten minutes later (they had three people in the waiting room). Chante immediately engaged with my baby and put me at ease. Very understaffed And the 1 person that is was very nasty and had a bad attitude. I fell if there was maybe more help , she might be a little more pleasant or even more Courteous if someone else was there also to answer to. I'll go to Freeport , they're much nicer there read more

Went with my son who gets anxious about doing blood tests. Latesha and Tom were amazing. Tom was calming and super understanding. The place was immaculate and really well air conditioned. They were so professional about the way they handled my son I would highly recommend this location if you have any issues with doing blood work!!!! read more

I wasn't sure if this was a blood test or an interrogation. I was berated with a poor attitude throughout the time I was here. All I wanted was a simple blood test that I've been getting monthly for 20 years now. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review over my idea of poor service. It's been 15 min of questions(that she hasn't even stopped to listened for an answer ) I do know she has a nice side because she called customer service in front of me and was nice as pie on the phone to them. I had an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes late because I had to attend to a sick child At work. There were no patients and no technicians. The auto check in did not work. The technician came out in few minutes and said you didn't check in- I said I tried she asked my name. She said you're late you know in a doctors office they wouldn't see you! I said are you saying you re not going to see me? There's not even anyone waiting. She said well your late! I said I would not like her to be the one to draw my blood. Is there a manager or supervised. She said no I'm here alone . I said what is your name she said Ingrid. I asked what her last name was she said. I do t give my last name to no body. I said it's anybody. She said that's it I'm not helping you. You don't get to correct me! I actually started crying at that point .I have never dealt with such a rude person. This is the first time I used Quest Diagnostics. I found them online (they were recommended by my insurance carrier). I made the online appointment as the site suggested. The website provided a table of what times are less busy and more busy. I booked a less busy time slot. I arrived about six minutes early and they took me in in about three minutes. Visiting from NC and needed bloodwork done. Visited this office. Small confines, but smoothly operational. A young fella named Tom displayed his professionalism wearing 'two Hats" this day, as someone was out from work. he shuttled between the computer duty to taking your blood. First off its off Merrick Road located in the back of the strip mall so i passed it 3x. I walked in and met Louis who is so NICE and funny. He instantly put me at ease. I had blood work done and then he gave me a kit for a poop sample. Im sorry but im 49 years of age and this made me HOWL with laughter you should see the instructions on how exactly to collect your sample. Louis danced and sang and didn't hurt at all. My blood was collected. My kit in hand and i left feeling a bit woozy but all good. Thanks Louis,,keep on dancing! read more

I have been here a bunch of times. The young man and woman are very nice. They make something that is boring, annoying and sometimes stressful into a more pleasant experience. If they notice discomfort they put you at ease. I always make an appointment and never had to wait more than 15 min. read more

This was possibly the worst Quest I have ever been to. There was only 1 person working and seemed more interested in texting her friend on her phone than taking care of my father or any of the eight other people waiting to be helped. I will choose at least another location next time, or more likely another provider entirely! read more

Almost didn't go here because of the one negative review but glad I did. It's an extremely clean office with two very pleasant people on staff. Both were very nice and I was in and out of there in no time at all. I can't think of what else you would want from a lab. read more
