Don't care about patients!! Walked in at 7:25 last night after my daughter fell on her head at…read moregymnastics down the street and they said she should get checked out. I walked in an unlocked door where it stated they were open til 8pm. I stood there and explained the whole story to the receptionist while she looked at me like she didn't care or was even listening just to say "our provider is not seeing anyone else tonight" in a manner that seemed almost a little too proud to say that to me. It was disturbing. My daughter was stressed and they were supposed to be open for another 35 min. Maybe lock your doors and change your closing time, and not waste people's time. Clearly patients are not their first priority.

The check in process was super streamlined on their computer tablet, I was greeted right on time, and the medical professional (I wish I could remember her name) was fantastic! I entered the clinic just after 9:30 AM. I was greeted promptly and professionally. After providing needed insurance information and submitting to general health checks I was immediately taken to an exam room. Within minutes my concern was quickly diagnosed and the Nurse Practitioner and team initiated the needed procedure to resolve. OH What A Relief (from the pain). I homestead down-state and this is the first time I required medical attention while staying at our Prudenville house. I'm very grateful the walk-in was open on Saturday. My sincere thanks to the three lovely and caring ladies that took care of me in my moment of need. It's nice to know there is a quality and caring medical facility in this neighborhood!

The ladies always treat me with such respect and it makes me feel appreciated. The ladies always thank me for comng and do genually care for the people who are coming through their doors. This last week I attended to take an exam and I was post surgery. There were no lockers available on the top and I was not able to bend over. One of the ladies, I did not get her name, came out and put all my stuff away in a bottom locker and gave me my key. When I checked out, she automatically came out with me and obtained my stuff from my locker again. That was so kind. Thank you ladies.
