They even told me to come back in three days if things didn't improve... so when a week later I came back feeling even worse, I thought I'd finally be taken seriously. Instead, I was dismissed again with no medication. The very next day I went to another urgent care and found out I had influenza. So no, it wasn't just my throat being a little overdramatic -- it was my entire immune system fighting for its life. I won't be coming back, but I do hope future patients are taken more seriously the first time.

I understand triage, but at that point, I had already waited longer than anyone should in an urgent care setting. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my appointment and leave, I could not get the attention of a single staff member. I waved, I stood up, I even tried calling from inside the waiting room--nothing. Their complete lack of communication and concern for their patients is appalling. This place is an absolute joke. Kevin was nice and direct when asking me health related questions to streamline my visit for me. Edona was helpful in prescribing necessary medications for my sinus infection and helpful in suggesting little tips and tricks to help alleviate my sickness.
