They will not accept responsibility even though it is clearly written correctly on my doctor''s lab request. I understand mistakes happen, but to not correct the mistake is unacceptable. read more

Their garbage queuing system is "automated". It scheduled me for a time 20min into the future. Told me to come back 10 min prior. I step out for a walk then got a text. I walk back and then I'm told someone came out for me. The system's garbage. God forbid they have human beings running the show read more

Overall, a great experience. Electronic check in and no wait time (I did previously schedule my test online) and the facility is clean. The staff are excellent. Apparently they will let you in if you hound enough. So appointments don't actually matter as long as you put up a big stink, they'll take you! Don't bother making an appointment you can just yell at the doctor and they will fold and let you in. Was guaranteed I would be seen with doctor till I waited 3 hours and was told by, Kim I may not be seen and to come back another day as I watch Kim let others be taken in because they were the loudest in the room. Don't bother with walk ins either!; as their excuse was they were behind on a service they couldn't fulfill and put it on the patient's responsibility to follow up. I fully understand the prioritization of appointments but not as I witness people going in just because they complained enough. read more

Sitting out front after leaving work early as they close at 4:00. Well it's 3:45 and the doors are locked. Perfect.

They performed the WRONG lab test and I am having enormous problems getting someone to respond as they billed my health insurance and I had to pay a deductible. I want the claim to be reversed and have them pay back my insurance company and I want my credit card charge reversed as well but I can't get a response from anyone, I looked at the faxed order my doctor's office sent which was CORRECT so no excuse. This is a serious quality control issue when a lab performs the wrong test!!! read more

This clinic has improved greatly over time. We had no paperwork problems for the first time. We were taken in within a few minutes without appointments for routine tests. It looked clean. The clerk was friendly and the phlebotomist was nice and efficient. The only thing I don't like is the waiting room overhead TV. I don't think we need or want the mindless noise and talk of morning TV. Most people use their phones for entertainment in waiting rooms and the extra screen isn't helpful. This isn't unique to the Quest waiting room, I would just like to see the TV go away. Overall this Quest is friendly, fast, and lower cost or no cost through some health insurance plans. read more

Wrote my review 5/7/20, 5/8/20 Quest replied with a puff piece. I responded with the info they requested and have not heard back from them. On the 5/7 I requested a breakdown of my account proving I owed the bill as my insurance had paid in full 2 weeks earlier. Apparently they can't look at a history or statement like on most accounting systems and sent me individual statements - over a dozen. Once I figured out their arcan accounting system I realized it showed a $0.00 balance! They can't read their own system. I feel bad for people working in that dept. I won't be going to Quest again. Guess I'll file a HIPPA complaint. Lab Corp gave me an appoint the next day, super fast service with good infection control. Test on Friday, results deliver to me Tuesday AM! This place is recommended by my insurance so unfortunately I have to come here. It doesn't really look that clean and the wait time is always ridiculous. I understand that I'm a walk in with no appointment but I've been to several other locations where the wait is never ever more than 5-10 minutes. And even when they are expecting me I still end up waiting. read more

This lab has been completely rennovated within the last year and now it is setup to expedite all customers....I was IN and OUT in a couple minutes. I would recommned this lab as a convenient, efficient and clean place to get lab work done. read more

My hospital charges me $500- $700 for 3 simple blood tests, so my insurance recommended I try Quest. I went without an appointment to the South Main st. Nashua, NH location. I signed in electronically and my name was put on the TV screen at the top position. I was given a 2 minute wait. It ended up being about 5 minutes, but I didn't mind. I was called in by a very friendly phlebotomist, and was asked to sit in a very comfy chair. She took my insurance card and work order papers. I told her my special accommodations, and she followed them to the letter. She was very efficient and I had no pain! I was in and out in about 15 minutes tops. I highly recommend this lab to anyone who wants to save some money and have a pleasant experience! read more
