I came to…read morethis location to drop off a completed test kit my doctor gave me and she looked me up and down and just asked "what do you want me to do with that?". I explained to her that my husband tried to drop it off earlier in the day but they told him I needed to drop it off myself and show my ID. She then argued with me that he never came and she told me they were closed. The time was 2:55 at this point and she told me she had no idea how to even help me. She directed me to the kiosk to sign in and when i attempted to tell her I already tried that she rudely interjected and said "Yes because we are CLOSED". I ended up walking out and will now need to get a new test kit from my doctor and use a different location for drop off.

Besides I had my friend stay in the room with me while Joe drew my blood for moral support. The only negative part was my (GPS) Google Maps had a difficult time finding the office building. The staff/docs were great and caring. The second time I went for food poisoning and the PA gave me some good advice about how to introduce certain foods/proteins back into my diet slowly while my body readjusts. Overall, I wish they had been more clear about the possibility. Instead, NP was not specific about all tests and stated that what I had was likely a common cold.
