No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

Today I felt compelled to drop this review, because throughout the last two years, anytime my family or I are in need of bloodwork, we always come to this location. The experience has always been great. Today I had to recognize the phlebotomist's work. I've only ever seen two ladies here, and I have been helped by both, and both of them are quick, polite, and most importantly, have very light hands. With that said my visits have been quick. I have never waited more than 15 to 20 minutes without appointment. In addition to that, as someone who gets very nervous around needles, it truly is the smallest prick with no pain at all. Great job, ladies!

Maria came out at 11:53 and called the walk in that left after I already told her I was next. She then came out at 11:57 saying she can't see anyone else when she had the time. She literally is so lazy and slow trying to avoid walk ins and appointments at all cost. I never seen a lab tech need 20-30 minutes per patient. She does not care about patients.
