As a result, the office said they would review it later in the day, even though it was only around 10 AM. When I asked questions, the technician was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take additional steps to help. Her attitude made the situation more frustrating and uncomfortable. Staff working directly with patients should demonstrate professionalism and patience, especially when issues are outside the patient's control.

Look I get it, you don't want to stay late. But you denied me care. This was a pulled muscle and a cat bite not an ER issue. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't go driving around trying to find somewhere else to go. I spent hours at an ER for a non-emergent issue and paid hundreds of dollars. For the past 4-5 YEARS, only 1/2 of their AC units are working ~ how is this not being addressed?! At least I saw some portable AC units in there today.. No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

Today I felt compelled to drop this review, because throughout the last two years, anytime my family or I are in need of bloodwork, we always come to this location. The experience has always been great. Today I had to recognize the phlebotomist's work. I've only ever seen two ladies here, and I have been helped by both, and both of them are quick, polite, and most importantly, have very light hands. With that said my visits have been quick. I have never waited more than 15 to 20 minutes without appointment. In addition to that, as someone who gets very nervous around needles, it truly is the smallest prick with no pain at all. Great job, ladies!

So when she took the patient at 11:40 I let her know I was next in line and that I was early for my appointment. Maria said her lunch was at 12. Maria came out at 11:53 and called the walk in that left after I already told her I was next. She then came out at 11:57 saying she can't see anyone else when she had the time. She literally is so lazy and slow trying to avoid walk ins and appointments at all cost. I never seen a lab tech need 20-30 minutes per patient. She does not care about patients.

None of the other Foundation Laboratory locations ever did this and had someone on staff to take care of any overflow. This location has fallen apart considering service use to be so quick.
