We made the appt for my 96 yr old mom online and showed up in a wheelchair about 10 minutes prior to her time. (No handicapped door openers for the Quest offices, but they are at the building front doors). BTW: The parking lot's accessibility ramp is about 10 yards away from the generously roofed front portico, so we got soaked getting to the door. We uploaded her insurance cards at the Quest kiosk scanner (easy). We waited for about 5 minutes in the waiting room then Renee took us back. She was spectacular! Kind, clear, gentle, knowledgeable, thorough, and mom felt not even the usual pinch. She got the blood easily and quickly. She even held all the doors for us to on the way out. We got rained on again, but we're all done and happy that's over. read more

The woman that brought me back was very friendly and did her job well. The location was very clean. And I enjoyed the self check in. But I showed up 10 min before my appointment and waited for almost 40 mins after my appointment to be called back. There was about 6 or 7 of us in the lobby and we can hear the lab techs conversations and laughing behind the door. Kinda annoying considering they were not busy back office. read more

My past two Saturday mornings have been spent at Quest, and although that isn't the most enjoyable way to spend a weekend morning, Quest made it as bearable as possible. I had to do both the 1-hour and 3-hour glucose tolerance tests, and that requires spending an elongated period of time at the facility you're getting the tests done at. Quest made my experience comfortable and less dreadful than I had anticipated, and I'm thankful for that! The first test was the 1-hour glucose tolerance. I made my appointment by calling and simply scheduling the appointment for early on in the day on Saturday to get it done and over with. It's really convenient that this Quest location is open at 6AM, so if you had to work you may even be able to get your testing done before your workday even begins. Since I had an appointment, I hardly had to wait in the waiting area before I was called back to begin testing. To my surprise, there was even a separate waiting area for those participating in glucose tolerance testing! There were blankets, magazines, recliners, and a TV that doesn't work in the glucose waiting room. No big deal about the TV, I was just happy I didn't have to go back to the waiting room. My next test was the 3-hour glucose tolerance. Oh boy was I dreading this one! The first go around I had to drink a sugary orange liquid before getting blood work done, and it tasted just like flat orange pop. Honestly it wasn't bad. I had to drink a doubly sweet fruit punch liquid the second time, and it wasn't nearly as good-tasting as the orange one. I was so glad they chilled the glucose drinks, and it just made getting them down that much easier. I've heard horror stories from so many people about how bad the drinks are, but them being chilled really made a difference! Although medical testing is never a fun time, the little things that Quest did to make it a more comfortable experience were really appreciated. I was dreading spending a collective 4 hours here more than anything, but having little comforts like the glucose testing room with the recliners and the friendliness of the staff made all the difference. I hope a good amount of time passes before I have to return to any testing facility, but when I do it'll be Quest without a doubt. read more

Just search "better business bureau quest diagnostic" at Google, and find the "D-" rating with endless testimonials and you'll know the whole story. It's not the bloodwork that will kill you, just wait until you get the bills. I went for a primary physician prescribed visit for blood, allergy, and cancer screening blood tests, and then three followups. For my online scheduled visits the service was good and the results clear on the website, though blood was marked partially compromised (more than 6 hours since collection). Its not the blood-work that will prove your doom, its Quest's billing which only shows a consolidated "what you owe" with no history (about 15 hours now trying to figure it out). Quest bills are not broken down at all, labeled only PATHOLOGY, ALLERGY and BLOOD, so one can only cross reference dates with results and insurance explanation of benefits (EOBs). For the three followups Quest and Highmark amicably agreed on payment of $81 for billed cost of $762 (11% of 800% obvious markup). That was hard enough to figure out, but then for the initial visit Quest submitted 4 bills: forensics reveals they abandoned the rejected lowest $148 bill while re-submitting the other 3 (total of 7 bills) and ignoring first acceptance of offered payment of 15% on the largest. They then demanded full payment from me on the next lowest $264 after 4 months while strategically holding the two largest $489 and $938 now 7 months "Ins Pending". Presumably Quest's attempted to overwhelm Highmark BC/BS, and now me, waiting to see if I'll fully pay the first highly marked up $264 in fear that my credit will be damaged to set precedent hoping for $1691 on the logically 700-800% inflated $1839 when billing logically implies the value at $275. It's criminal: should someone else coerce you to pay $1691 for $275 worth of gasoline in a hurricane we'd collectively have them drawn and quartered. read more

Well this Quest has state of the art technology! instead of signing in you put your information on and IPAD and a screen shows you your approximate wait time. Like a subway that time can change depending upon who comes in after you and whether or not you have an apt. I was seen in about 15 minutes and since I"m one of those with hard to find veins she used a baby needle on me. She advised me not to carry my purse on the arm the blood was drawn or it will bruise. Learned something new every day. It is a good time to come middle of afternoon since they are not as busy as early morning. This will now be my go to place for future bloodwork. read more

Never had a problem with Quest. The people who work in all the Quest centers I've had my blood taken at, have been professional, friendly, considerate, and great at their job. And they all seemed to love their job. I go to no other place for blood work except Quest. read more

Fast, friendly service! I had to get a wellness test for work and the woman working was so nice and helpful. My veins are always in hiding when I need a blood test, so I get a bit of anxiety when having to do so, but the woman was super patient and careful as not to mark me up with bruises and make the process painful. The waiting room is very nice and there is a tablet to check-in in place of a person at the front desk. There is a nice flat-screen tv and magazines to keep you busy while you're waiting. read more

The people at the facility are friendly and pleasant. I had an appointment and it was on schedule. I went for a prenatal test. I deducted a star because we did not want to know our baby's sex and it was indirectly revealed, even though the lady tried to cover it when I asked if she knew something I did not. So I was disappointed in that. read more

I have been there a couple times, and the people there are great when it comes to normal blood work. I know that it is not their fault if someone is anxious of giving blood or has a frequency of passing out. But for the special blood work where a patient has to fast for a while, I recommend them getting a recliner chair to make it a better experience for the patient. The first time I had to fast 12 hours, I went there and passed out in the regular chair. They told me a month later when I come back to ask to be reclined but there is no recliner. So if you have an issue with passing out I recommend going to another location. read more

Easy to find, especially with the landmark association given on the website. Very easy to schedule on-line as well. I arrived, signed in, and within 3 minutes was called back. The phlebotomist was very friendly and personable, she updated my information and took the sample and I was out of there within 15 minutes tops. This is the worst quest i have ever been to, Pamela (the woman who "took care of me") got mad bc she had pulled up my pcp before i even came back, and i told her no this is for my obgyn here is the prescription (i had 2 different ones) she got mad bc i guess the one wasnt descriptive enough. She said "oh i have to call this is not good enough" like it was my fault. She was even rude to my doctor! Asking if she has the credential to clarify the prescription! After poking me 7 times by 2 different people (2 pokes in the same place, i told the other woman she already tried there) she didnt care. They sent me home. I asked if should could try one more time, she did but that that time she had mentally checked out. Stuck me with the needle really quick took it out and called it a day.I wouldnt care that they couldnt get blood, u tried its okay but how rude she was, was just completely uncalled for. read more
