Wound cultures, 2 checks for sepsis, multiple iv antibiotics, shots of steroids and antibiotics, many many oral antibiotics, 2 long courses of steroids, 2 organisms ate thru my tissue. Cellulitis added to a 3rd skin infection. Multiple pcp visits. Multiple emergency on call calls. Dozens of portal messages. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR RESPONSE TO A COMPLAINT FILED 2 MONTHS AGO. Never even checked for a concussion. Dr Looked over my head and said "doesn't need stitches" and walked out. Back to say "ct was normal, give her a bandage and a cab voucher and have her go wait in the waiting room" FROM THE DOORWAY. Never gave concussion evaluation (which I had one and was diagnosed in Fairview) Despicable, stigmatic behavior from a medical doctor at a hospital, that houses a medical detox, in a town, full of addicts and alcoholics, at a time in the world where you can't throw a stone and not hit someone that has never been personally affected by addiction in some way. I went in expecting professionalism, but instead overheard the front desk secretary, Linda Fenn, openly gossiping with another HR employee about a staff member's highly personal details. This wasn't just harmless chatter--it included things like addresses, names, and even appointment information. This is a gross violation of privacy and completely unacceptable in a medical environment. When I raised my concerns, I was brushed off with, "Linda has been here forever, we take her word over yours any day." Translation? Complaints are ignored, and employees' rights to confidentiality mean nothing here. It's a toxic, unsafe, and unethical environment. If you value your privacy, your dignity, or even basic respect, STAY FAR AWAY from this HR department. Linda Fenn has no business handling sensitive information, yet she continues to do so unchecked. What I witnessed is not just unprofessional--it feels illegal, and it should make anyone question how many people's private records have already been leaked. When that person came out and took our temperature the woman at the desk STILL persisted in her clearly personal phone call for 10-15 more minutes! I waited for a half hour altogether and was still not registered. The the temperature-taking person said it would be at least an hour wait. I left and went to Med Express, highest ratings for them, and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Sharon was rude to a phone caller - put that person on hold while she continued with her personal call, and then when she finally did pick up, she told the caller in a snotty voice that this is a "walk-in" and no appointment was needed. The temperature taking person commented "what part of walk-in don't they understand." Worst attitudes ever. I will never go back and I am posting this on Facebook.

We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. Blue Line was a bit more expensive than other companies we'd called, but from what I'd previously learned about mold, Sean seemed the most knowledgeable. Upon looking our situation over, he found no mold to be tested but did do a good inspection of the area and found no moisture, and no rotted wood. Turns out the black discolorations in our attic ceiling exposed fiberglass was from a mice intrusion. With no testing to be done, Sean only charged us a smaller fraction of the original quote.
