LAST time I walked in and checked in and sat for well over an hour as the waiting area filled to standing room only....and I cancelled my check-in. So, back to plan A. Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. I went on a Saturday around 10am and did not have an appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes and then was called back. Seems like a semi-popular location but they kept a good flow. Phlebotomist was friendly and helped me feel comfortable even though I am embarrassingly dramatic when it comes to getting blood drawn. Took about 10 minutes start to finish and I was in my car headed home.

This is a review for the new Beeville Quest Diagnostics location at 200 West FM 351: The woman employee demanded I give her a credit card number before drawing my blood, even though I have insurance. She was very rude. I explained that I was never advised on their online website when I booked the appointment time, that I needed to bring a credit card with me. Also, upon arriving, there was no information regarding the requirement of a credit card in the waiting room and their TV was off. This woman had no people skills, accused me of calling her a liar which I never did and never used that word in regards to her. From the very beginning she was demanding, rude, and was not able to even advise or explain this policy of a credit card requirement. She just kept saying for today, I can't/won't draw your blood without a credit card.

I need to ask if they finally received my orders so I'll know if I can come back tomorrow. It's a long drive from Mathis to Beeville! We have used Lab Corp at both locations in Corpus Christi as well as spoken to their corporate…read morecustomer services line a number of times. It took 4 days to get a CBC results. I have waited over 20 minutes a number of times on their customer service line to speak with a human. They would say the results have been faxed to the doctor. I would call the doctors office and they said they have not received any results. At the end of the day we still did not know if she could continue her chemo. Do not waste you time with LabCorp. They are horrible to deal with. Consider yourself warned if you go the LabCorp.

He told me I had scars in my lungs which my doctor has not seen that and has done x rays. This guy treated this sinusitus and upper respiratory infection with the right medication this is Monday and I feel so much better. I have yet to find a DR in Corpus that cares about there patient as he does. The receptionist is awesome she helped me to do the paperwork and called to check on me on Monday. Best medical place here I can promise that! Highly recommend!
