The time-before-last, I walked in to MAKE an appointment and was told they could take me then...no appt. needed. LAST time I walked in and checked in and sat for well over an hour as the waiting area filled to standing room only....and I cancelled my check-in. So, back to plan A. Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. I believe I was given bad advice a couple-times back. Definitely make an appointment. But, Labcorp: staff the office for the workflow. Not cool having a full waiting area anymore.

I have waited over 20 minutes a number of times on their customer service line to speak with a human. They would say the results have been faxed to the doctor. I would call the doctors office and they said they have not received any results. At the end of the day we still did not know if she could continue her chemo. Do not waste you time with LabCorp. They are horrible to deal with. Consider yourself warned if you go the LabCorp.

The lab technician Ray Perez needs a class in customer service. He was rude from the start…read more Unprofessional and more than likely a very insecure person considering he felt he needed to push his weight around. He was more preoccupied with his lunch time like most of the staff there were. Perhaps a meeting to remind him that those that walk in for blood work is a necessity and at the end of the day do sign his check. We will NEVER go there again. Good luck with him as long as he is on board. You only got 1 star (Not good... AT ALL) because no stars was not an option.
