Incredible team of two being as fast, safe, and efficient as they can possibly be. They're given 10 minutes by the company to get everyone's lab work done, no matter how much blood you need drawn, nor how many manual entries are required for the paperwork. I've read the other negative reviews and I don't think it's right to give a location negative comments based off of same-day scheduling. 9 times out of 10 you can't find that anywhere in Santa Fe. Book your appointments in advance like a grown adult and show up early to check in, so you don't make everyone else's appointments late behind you & cause the employees to drive home late. The site is clean and the phlebotomists are skilled, one more than the other, hence four stars. Today, everyone was running on time. On my last visit, they were about 20mins behind, so this must vary day to day. read more

I've never had someone get upset with me because I refuse to have additional tests performed...until now. I scheduled a standard personal blood panel online, arrived to have my blood drawn and was asked if I was prepared to give a urine sample. "No, I only scheduled a blood panel." "Well if you're not able to give a urine sample I'll have to put this test on hold." "I didn't pay for a urine test." "But the computer says..." Back and forth. At no point did she check her computer to see what tests were being performed, or any attempt to explain why I might have an unexpected urine test. I actually asked her if she was going to force me to provide urine before drawing blood for the test I paid for. She was visibly frustrated that I was refusing a urine test that I didn't want or ask for. If the computer said it's what I ordered, she was going to perform what the computer said and not spend even a moment to confirm that she was preparing to perform the correct test. Unprofessional, potentially dangerous, potentially a privacy issue if they aren't even checking their tests. I left because I wasn't about to have this visibly frustrated person stick a needle in me without knowing why they are doing tests or having the care to be able to explain anything at all. read more

Impossible to do a walk-in if you need tests done in the morning and booked out for all morning appointments several weeks in advance. I have a test that needs to be done urgently and by 9am in the morning and now I'm going to have to go down to Albuquerque to get it done. Typical Santa Fe nonsense, but you'd think a major corporation like this one could staff a location adequately. read more

This is a typical understaffed big medical corporation that is only interested in profiting off your need for diagnostics testing. Understaffed, impersonal and unnecessary delays. There are other and much better options! Don't do it! read more

I had the last available appointment of the day for and was running a few minutes late and was ready to reschedule if necessary. The tech was kind and it wasn't a problem. The blood draw was painless and efficient. It was my second time there, though the last time was years ago. Both times were good experiences. read more

I was the first one to check in. yes I was a walk in. but I notified them I was there only to do a urine sample. and that was at 7:00am when I told them. they called four people before I left at 7:25am. because I had to be at work at 7:30am. it put me down to have an appointment at 8:40am. I showed up at 8:32am and checked In. I seen the same guy that I was there only to do a urine sample. I left the place once again at 9:02am. almost an hour of waiting there. just to do a urine sample , and didn't even get it done. such a waist of time. just give me a cup and let me get out of there. I will not go there again. Like why make an appointment if you can't be seen. read more

My phlebotomist was a seasoned pro, really went out of her way to get more information about some tests not usually performed, even calling out of state. Santa Fe Quest on S. St. Francis, AVOID. Incompetent, and unprofessional technicians were unsuccessful in blood draw. I walked out bruised and upset. I finally spoke to someone in the corporate office and shared my experience. I'm unsure if anything will change. The two techs were rude, surly, slovenly dressed and incompetent. read more

I have been waiting 45 minutes to drop off a sample I scheduled last week. There are 2 employees. There is an electronic board which has dropped the names of numerous clients sitting in the waiting room because the wait has been so long. There are ten people waiting and others have walked out. The wait time for me increases on the board as I sit here. The sample is supposed to be frozen. It isn't now due to the wait. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go somewhere else. read more
