It's permanently closed. An employee at the CVS said that it's been closed for over a year. There are no MinuteClinics in New Mexico.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Unfair billing practices is their specialty. I went here over a year and a…read morehalf ago and honestly forgot about the bill because they didn't bill me until OVER A YEAR LATER. Per NM law, they have no leg to stand on if they can't provide proof they billed you in a timely manner, ultimately resulting in them eating my bill. I was not about to pay it because they couldn't be bothered to bill me timely. About 6 months ago, my husband ended up at the same urgent care even though I told him not to. Guess what? Took them SIX MONTHS to bill him. We received a bill of $10 and called prepared to pay when the guy in the line notified me we owed over $100. I said that's odd considering I have a bill here for $10 that was "sent" 4/20/26 which, again, super weird because we just received this bill in JUNE. Proof that they don't have their crap together. The customer service guy was less than helpful so I asked to speak with the "supervisor" who oddly sounded like the same guy lol only to be HUNG up on TWICE. Called back immediately and demanded to speak to him but he was suddenly out of the office literally 10 seconds later . Then the guy said they were ready to take my $10 payment and I told them to eat the bill. I would not put it past them to charge me the full amount so better safe than sorry. Also, people, medical bills can't be sent to collections by law in NM unless they are over $500. Do your research! It'll save you a lot of money when it comes to companies like this with unfair and ILLEGAL billing practices. No sweat off my back. I was ready to pay what they billed me but after the horrible way I was treated, good luck to them and hope they go out of business. Will be reporting them to the BBB also. Save yourself the hassle. Do not use these people - they also have one other location on the east side. Avoid them at all costs!

I found my 84 year old mom with dementia unresponsive when I swung by for a visit. My 90 year old…read moredad was leaning over her on the couch confused and unsure what to do. I quickly called 911 and EMS was there within ten minutes. They wasted no time rushing her to Christus St Vincent where she spent eight hours in the ER while they stabilized her, and then another five days in ICU before being transferred to a Specialized Nursing Unit. She had pneumonia, which had turned septic, and it's scary to know how close we came to losing her. Fortunately a week before all of this I had convinced my parents to give me their medical powers of attorney, so I was the one talking to the doctors about her DNR requests, treatment and prognosis throughout. There is no question that they saved her life. I have three sisters who all live out of state, so during every discussion I had with the doctors and nurses I asked them if I could record the conversations in order to accurately be able to relay the information on to my sisters and they were very understanding about it, and were able to explain in layman's terms anything I needed clarification on. I can't thank them enough for what they did because from the doctors all the way down to the nurses and radiology techs there is no doubt in my mind that my mom wouldn't still by here if not for their excellent care.

While I do believe NP Pino has the best intentions, the practice and system are failures. All…read moreappointments are 30 minutes regardless of need. The first appointment was a general, introductory conversation, no exam. The second was an exam including pap. I had not had one in years - and thankfully everything is good - but given I'm at the opposite / receiving end, I have no idea what she is doing. Within 30 minutes of leaving the exam I ruined a nice pair of pants. I was told later I had to ask for a pad. Is this a costly item? I called end of March to get a referral for an ENT. The white noise machine in the judicial court building created tinnitus during my "ordered to appear" service for the Meta case. No referral but I should go to urgent care or wait months. I asked to be put on a cancellation list. Not sure one exists ... never got a call. I went to urgent care and got a referral for an ENT. Asked numerous times for them to fax the referral to a St Christus ENT (the first being Dr. Brown who they seem to promote). Somehow even though I confirmed the fax number it never showed up. Eventually the urgent care said they handed me a printout and I should take it in myself. I mentioned this to Pino's office. They indicated it's not their fault. I love Santa Fe and worked 40 years so I could retire there. I bought a fixer upper and finished remodeling it myself last week. I left the next day and put it on the market. I have no health issues and take no meds; this tinnitus is the first one I've dealt with anything in retirement and given the intentionally dismal care and support of this practice and few physicians who take new patients, this isn't the place to retire. Since leaving I have established new insurance, scheduled a doc, and will be seen before anyone in Santa Fe cared enough to see me. No need to respond to this by anyone in the practice or in Santa Fe. The ridiculous comment about my attitude when I called and pushed option 1 EIGHT TIMES to cancel my upcoming appointment says everything I need to know about how you operate. I never received a call back from the office manager and won't read or follow up on anything you have to say at this point.
