I had completed the pre-testing procedures and checked in on my mobile phone 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. Sandra was the technician. She was very unpleasant saying that she did not have an appt for me. She gruffly asked for my phone not believing that I had an appointment. She said that I was at the wrong location. She told me to go there. I was the ONLY Person waiting for services. I rushed down the street to the other location and was 15 minutes late. That is not the way you handle your customers. He had amazing bedside manner--was so friendly, caring, and thoughtful. Since our son was so young, Tony was apprehensive about over-medicating which I appreciated. He answered all of my questions and put all of my concerns at ease. We got some prescriptions and were on our way. I felt like we were truly cared for and not rushed out of the room.
