While signing in and waiting my turn, I noticed how patient and kind Bethany was with another customer who was a bit social and lengthy in her stories. :) My wait time wasn't very long, maybe it was the time I arrived (about 9 AM). When I returned to provide a sample, Bethany greeted me again and made the process very swift, clearly informing me of the next steps and when to expect results. I didn't have much interaction with other employees, but I was greeted by another staff member who was also pleasant. I'm sure these individuals deal with many people every day, and it's nice to see front desk staff who truly exhibit caring attitudes.

They really messed up! They caused us a lot of stress and problems here. They did not do all the…read moretests our doctor wanted, they took the blood and all like before, but then the results show they did not do all the tests, they said they sent recollection information, never told us about it, our doctor did, then they said they would send the recollection forms to the location we always go to here, but the lady pam never had any evidence of it. She was flustered, hurt us when taking more blood, we had to use new forms, they never made it right and made these two huge errors, yet they charged our insurance and now we have to pay more copays because of their two errors. This insurance company has gotten really bad now. We have lost confidence in them, so we may need to use a different company in the future. They should not charge our insurance again, not should we have to pay more copays because of their errors. I am not sure what is wrong with Labcorp now, but even the lady that wrote us from the headquarters never wrote back to take care of all these problems. Praying you all have a better experience, they really messed up with us, my spouse and I twice now in one month. They made the same errors twice with both of us. Horrible, we do not need their bad attitudes and mediocrity, no one does. so may need to switch companies. I hope this review helps them to get better.

Now as a Merchant mariner, for over 45 years, I've done this procedure, successfuly, ever since the USCG instituted it. Also, I was an registered EMT and am still a certificated Medical Officer, aboard ships. So I actually perform these type of exams. myself. aboard ships. Thus I was appalled, as I watched them, firstly screw up the DOT papers I gave them, and then proceed to fumble the Chain-of-Custody procedure. Well, sure enough, the Medical Officer called me and advised that there were "irregularitys", in the received samples, meaning the test was rejected. So now I am under suspicion, for their incompetency. If that was not enough, when I submitted the Physical exam papers, again, I was informed by the USCG, that there were "irregularitys" there, too. So now I can't get a USCG Medical Certificate, which is required to sail--I'm out of work, because of their "irregularities". Also, they charged me almost double what I would have payed, had I just gone to Concentra. Well, so much for going back to work!
