Avast ye Mariners, steer clear of this place, if you need a DOT Physical(719K) and Drug Screen(719P)! I thought I would go here, instead of seeing a Doctor, elsewhere--bad move! Now as a Merchant mariner, for over 45 years, I've done this procedure, successfuly, ever since the USCG instituted it. Also, I was an registered EMT and am still a certificated Medical Officer, aboard ships. So I actually perform these type of exams. myself. aboard ships. Thus I was appalled, as I watched them, firstly screw up the DOT papers I gave them, and then proceed to fumble the Chain-of-Custody procedure. Well, sure enough, the Medical Officer called me and advised that there were "irregularitys", in the received samples, meaning the test was rejected. So now I am under suspicion, for their incompetency. If that was not enough, when I submitted the Physical exam papers, again, I was informed by the USCG, that there were "irregularitys" there, too. So now I can't get a USCG Medical Certificate, which is required to sail--I'm out of work, because of their "irregularities". Also, they charged me almost double what I would have payed, had I just gone to Concentra. Well, so much for going back to work! read more

Made my appt online, filled out medical info online. I was early for the appt. And they took me right away. Everyone there was professional and kind. The place was immaculately clean and friendly. My prescriptions were faxed to the pharmacy for me. We were on vacation,and I am so pleased we went Rivers Edge Urgent Care. read more

This clinic is not professional doctor there is rude does a quick exam doesn't know her prescription meds prescribed one that doesn't exist. Her and her staff are not cooperate with patients when they complain about something that is rightfully right. Harasses patients rights to fix a problem. read more

Sorry to do this- it used to be good- I requested an update to their incomplete referral for an ultrasound, and they ignored both me and Hope Imaging, and are closed today. I leave town in 2 days- can't get an appointment w/o it. They don't seem to like Snowbirds, and Dr Chris did not introduce herself, and came out yelling. Last visit ever.... read more

From primary to Emergency! Excellent care from the front desk to all the drs and practitioners!

Pain for over a year at right shoulder blade. Muscle relaxer, it's worse, every visit was v told, normal stretch. I was a believer until I couldn't stand the pain any longer. Lost my faith. One year and chest xray later (yes chest xray), which i finally had to go to diagnostic to get, after 3 calls to Urgent Care. It was: TIme to change. After one week MRI, BONE SPURS, NARROWING SPINAL CORD, pain mgmt and surgeon consultation May 2nd. A winter of suffering. Sad. Big difference from my previous review read more

I was very thankful today did not feel good at all. Could not get an appointment with my doctor for three weeks.....so I walked into this establishment, it turned out that I had a respiratory infection and a sinus infection. I was in and out within 30 minutes, I thought she was very thorough for what I went there for. Let me tell you about a year ago I went to urgent care MD NOW in Vero beach I was there for literally 7 1/2 hours so this place is a blessing believe me she also loves animals plus for me. read more

Absolutely the best walk in medical care facility I have ever been to. From the initial inquiry on the phone concerning a possible visit to the diagnosis and care I received it was exemplary . When a doctor's scheduler calls to tell that me I'll be meeting with the doctor, and I don't see "the doctor", I'm not impressed. Communication and clarity are critical in the health fields. This office needs work setting expectations. Update: Just read Karen W's review and the office's reply says that "we fell short in articulating ...." Yeah. That's a problem. read more

My son has head a couch and runny nose for about 5 days. He woke up from his nap crying because his ear hurts. I choose to take him right over to Rivers Edge instead of waiting for him to see his pediatrician in the morning. He did NOT want to do to the doctor, but thankfully the provider we saw, Natarsha Hall was very sweet and gentle with him. We are so grateful to have them in our community! read more

We were on vacation from NY and had to come here twice, with 2 kids. The ladies at the front desk were SO sweet! The nurses were super friendly! Dr. Gambino was awesome! We mostly loved how they actually TREATED our sick children (strep) and didn't resort to IT MUST BE COVID! We drove from Vero Beach passed 2 other urgent cares to come here because they were just exceptional! They also called 2 days later to check up on the kids! read more

I appreciate a medical facility that doesn't infringe upon my personal rights and privacy. This office is extremely clean, the people are very kind with phenomenal bedside manners. If you're looking to break away from the media frenzied doctors that want to lure you in with fear and strip away your human rights, this is the place for you! I also didn't have insurance at the time of my visit and the pricing was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more. read more

While in town visiting family I needed to be seen for an antibiotic. I forgot my insurance card at home (almost 700 miles away). I called before going in to inquire about charges. I was told it would be $100 just to be seen, plus whatever service they needed to do. I explained I had left my insurance card at home and was asked what insurance it was. I was told my insurance would be out of network regardless. Upon going in, Dr. Chris was fantastic and attentive, however billing was a disaster. When checking out I thought the total was a little high. I asked for a detailed bill and I was told I would have to come back today (a day later). I went in, opened the envelope and was charged $255 for the office visit. When I asked what had happened a man came out and told me I was charged that because they were under the impression I had insurance. After explaining to him I made it clear I didn't have my insurance info with me, AND Dr. Chris even mentioned my lack of insurance in the examine room, he brushed me off, saying we thought you did. He made zero attempt to correct anything, saying if they had known I was a cash paying patient (which they did), they would have tailored my care in the examine room to make it cheaper. Did I mention, the procedure I needed was only $10? I was over charged by $155 because someone made a mistake but it seems they are not willing to make it right. read more

I just recently found Chris Festa and I wish I had sooner! She is thorough and spends quality time with her patients and truly listens to them, which is hard to find in a primary care provider. She offers many services for reasonable and affordable prices that makes it easy for patients (like myself) that don't have health insurance to find care. This provider is funny, knowledgeable and extremely caring! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care as well as any of her other services she offers.
