Since this place was listed as an approved site, I made an appointment online with ease through my agency. Since I'm always an early bird, I got there at a much considerable time before my appointment; however, there were a couple of parties ahead of me that seemed to have been waiting for a while, actually going past their actual confirmed times. Later, we found out that the owner/employee sent an email or a message that the place was going to be closed until 12:30 PM, and that there was going to be a delay, but some of the individuals didn't receive it and/or did not check their phones. Honestly, I thought it was pretty unfair for those of us who actually had confirmed appointments but wasn't affected by the closure/delay was not prioritized and seen first; the ones who were contacted that had the earlier time slots were handled instead, causing another ripple of delay (again). Fortunately, the process was quick and efficient, all completed under a minute. Staff was friendly and apologized to everyone for the lateness. The place is not well-ventilated and extremely stuffy; there is a fan, but it'd be nice if there was an AC unit or something. It is tight quarters, so about 2 can be at the counter (for fingerprints), while the rest forms a line through the mini hallway. The place does accept walks-ins; however, the number posted on the entry door was not answered and went to voicemail. Note that the business is on the 2nd floor, and I didn't see any elevators on site. There's an entrance between an Asian eatery and an eyecare clinic. I was stuck deciding between urgent care or calling my doctor. It was evening around 7pm and I selfishly did not want to deal with urgent care so I reached out to Dr. Jeff Panzer--and I'm incredibly glad I did. He answered right away, had me send a quick photo, and within an hour I was in his office getting stitches. No waiting room, no paperwork--just immediate, personal care. What stood out most was his willingness to help after hours and the genuine care he showed throughout the entire process. He even followed up the next morning to check on me and schedule the stitch removal at an appropriate time. This is what healthcare should feel like. My experience at the clinic was bad experience in the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL" Very Rude Staff, Horrible Staff at the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL" as I went to inquire with the receptionist, and although they had no clients waiting at the receptionist desk, I was made to wait excess of 45 minutes to simply talk with the receptionist. Ella who claimed to be the Manager of the Clinic, was Very Rude and Was Not Professional at At All!!(not sure about the receptionist's name spelling). The Skokie IL Clinic Manager (or so she claimed to be the manager), told me: "There are many Urologists around and go find another Urologist!!!!". This encounter took place at the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL". Apparently, the Staff at the clinic "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL" does not really care about their clients as they feel they have enough customer/patient flow to feel they do not need to maintain positive relationship with their customers or patients. I do not recommend the "Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health, Skokie, IL". The clinic is clouded with patients at the front. I am not sure this is within the "Health Code" for occupancy limits.

Some may think that's excessive but because it's so easy to get a test here (it usually takes less than a minute) and it doesn't cost me anything my insurance (Aetna previously and Anthem now) covers an unlimited amount of tests. It takes less than a minute, I never have to make an appointment (walk-in), if there is a line it takes at most 5 mins. There's plenty of parking there so it's not hard to drive over. All you have to do is register online once and they'll add your report in the portal.
