The kiosk is relatively easy to use if you read and pay attention to, it scans your ID, yes even for a simple thing like this you need to present your ID and your Insurance card. Generally after checking in there is almost no wait. For the last three years I haven't felt the sting when the draw blood and in part it is because I always drink a lot of water and more so the day before so my veins are easy to find and no bruises left behind. I created an account and I can log in in the evening and see the results of all the tests, very convenient and technologically advanced place I can't say anything negative about this place but it takes willingness to make it work for you, get your holiday attitude and you will thank me

I attempted to explain the order had been placed and should include my insurance information. Once she verified I had Cigna insurance she still asked me to retrieve my debit card for a swipe just in case all the tests weren't covered. I was the only person asked to provide a debit card and the only African American . I have NEVER had to pay for this. It felt like over kill and several people were assisted who came after me without appointments. I had to wait an hour with order papers in hand. The phlebotomist was excellent, but the receptionist was awful and needs remedial training in basic customer service.

Nurses Melissa and Teri were so warm, caring, kind and extremely efficient! Hospital stays are no fun but Melissa and Teri made my experience so much better!!!!! Please give them my highest regards and possibly a raise? Lol. I was treated like family from every person I came across. Even the cleaning people were amazing and did a great job! I also wanted to mention Oscar who kept me laughing every time I saw him! You really have some fabulous employees and I wanted to share my gratitude!!! Even when we weren't getting good photos at first (baby was in my back) she wasn't discouraging at all! The moment the room calmed down my little guy came and showed his face. I'm so glad she had a great attitude and was really determined on getting good photos for me, she even offered if I wanted to come back another day.
