Whenever I go in for bloodwork, I typically wait for 15-20 minutes, and once called back the phlebotomists are less than thrilled to be doing their jobs, and the quality of care is mediocre. I've also experienced consistent issues with workers not being at the front desk when they are not working with patients, and talking in the back rooms, I even called the front desk to get them to come to the front desk. Lastly their operational hours are abysmal, 7:30-4PM with a break from 12:15-1PM, makes it incredibly difficult for those who are unable to take time off from work, or get lab work done outside of business hours.

It was the closest urgent care to our hotel with available appointments so I booked the appointment last night. Got in this morning and it was smooth sailing from finished to end. Receptionist was very helpful, professional and friendly. Got him in immediately, saw Nurse Mary. Nurse Mary took his vitals and asked basic questions. The PA came in right after, checked out his ear and prescribed antibiotics. We didn't need to check out as his medication was sent electronically to the pharmacy. The quality of care is top notch for an urgent care, probably the best urgent care I've ever been to. They are organized, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. They are coming insurance fraud and are scrambling. Check any bill you get from them I have been charged every time I have gone there and then called asking why if I paid my copay would I be charged again and 9 out of 10 times it is some lie. Oh we didn't see you had insurance you can disregard, oh we weren't parring with Excellus then (they were). This company is dirty and you should not trust their billing practices.
