Poor woman doing intake was working alone, running back and forth, apologizing to all and doing the best she can. It's not just me, and it's not rare. It's the norm. The other clinic on west side is even worse. They tell us not to go to urgent care or ER, but after a certain amount of time medical issues become urgent or an emergency.

The workers were for the most part fine but one lady, in registration, kind of ignored me for a while, told me to wait, went outside to chit-chat with a different receptionist, and then came back to help me. The nurse I spoke with mixed up the place where I work with the place where I wanted my medications to be sent so the nurse practitioner, who I ended up seeing afterward, ended up sending my script to the place of my employment, which happens to take prescriptions as well, rather than the place where I actually get my prescriptions filled. The referral to a surgeon went to the angriest surgeon in the world who openly complained about me being referred to his completely empty office. He was a personal friend of the WellNow doctor so he got the referral. The website allows you to schedule an appointment, but it doesn't mean you have an appointment. You have to wait until the never before mentioned "confirmation system" reaches out. The email confirming your appointment? That's not confirmation. You have to wait for a phone call that is sent the day AFTER your appointment. WellNow now requires time travel ability for a visit!
