a gross healthcare miscarriage. NO ONE should have to wait for 2 HOURS in a waiting room PACKED with 30+ people at a time. I sat next to an individual who coughed the entire time and now three days later, I have whatever he had-- all because the room was packed with no open seats. I've never seen anything this ridiculous and I've lived in SEVERAL different cities across this state. It's RIDICULOUS that you have to take a whole sick day to get bloodwork done because you'll be tied up for hours, waiting in a packed waiting room. DO BETTER. read more

I don't have too much to say about this operation other than I made an appointment and still waited nearly a half hour before being seen. Other than that slight annoyance the staff seemed relatively friendly and helpful. It was crowded and the waiting room area was small. They say you can wait outside but I didn't see a mechanism for you to be alerted that your name was being called if you chose that option. read more

I have never had issues getting blood work done, and I get it done frequently and it's typically a pleasant experience. Today, however, I went in for my routine labs & had a horrible experience. For starters, the phlebotomist (I don't even remember her name) was very to the point and when she went to stick me, gave absolutely no warning before she just shoved it in to my arm. I have absolutely NO issue getting poked, and I'm a hard person to get a good vein on so I'm used to being poked around on but today was horrible. It was extremely painful and I didn't appreciate not having any warning that she was going to insert the needle. That's one thing. She was unable to get much blood out of my vein in my arm and switched to one on my hand. When I looked at my arm where she had finished poking me, there was a scratch, which I'm assuming is from the needle or careless technique. After she finally finished, I was walking out and noticed the upon extending and bending my arm, there was something popping up and down under my skin (a vein or what I'm not sure). I turned around and spoke to another phlebotomist who essentially brushed off my concerns, told me the popping was something I probably had before (which I told her and can assure has NEVER happened to me before), and upon asking her for her opinion, she told me she had no idea what it was, that it could possibly be a blood clot, and to follow up with a doctor or the ER if I noticed anything strange. She failed to acknowledge the large scratch on my arm from her coworker, and I left feeling absolutely dismissed and unheard. I will never be coming back to this location and I strongly urge those who continue to be weary. I attached a picture of the scratch and needle insertion site on my arm. read more

Checkin was easy I was worried because I didn't have an appointment it would be a long wait. I stood at the counter for a while before I realized I had to use the computer to check in. It was easy to get in. The intake person was very nice and polite. The phlebotomist was probably the best I've ever had and I didn't even feel the needle when she took my blood. The only reason I gave them a lower rating is because the bathroom was messy and no garbage. A lady went in to check it before she told me to use it and there were multiple paper towels on the floor and no garbage. Why? That surprised me and makes me believe it was not a very clean bathroom. read more

waited 30 minutes for appointment. had to do a Urine test for work. poor customer service, wasn't allowed to wash hands before or after. made to stand for 5 minutes holding a cup of my own urine while the employee explained the procedure to me-that I can not wash my hands till after she is complete. wasn't till after she was complete did she allow me to sanitize my hands. then instructed me 4 times I was not to sanitize my hands but wash them? IDK. I explained that this was very unsanitary and was told "sorry I feel that way". not a pleasant experience. read more

My annual physical requires bloodwork. I made my Quest appointment on their website via my secure account login which was 'easee-breezee' LOL. I confirmed that they accepted my medical insurance on-line as well and input the data directly into their web portal ahead of time! Nice. I arrived early and found the waiting area to be a little less than half full with clients. After signing in on the front desk tablet (no receptionist present) I sat down and began waiting but my name was called ahead of schedule! Schweeeet... I was escorted back to a room and the Phlebotomist completed the entire blood drawing procedure in less than 5 minutes! Fairly painless too! I did provide a urine sample (TMI?-LOL) which was quick, clean and simple. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The 18 year Phlebotomist veteran was awesome. read more

Very rude staff. I went in to get bloodwork done and as soon as I was called the blonde nurse who was attending me had a major attitude. Im 18 years old and a student who has been terrified of needles my entire life. Once we got to room 3, I asked her if I could bring my boyfriend in with me to comfort me or just hold my hand and she bluntly said no. Which I understand with covid but at least be nice about it. She in no way tried to comfort me or help me so I told her it was okay I would just get my bloodwork done another time, to which she responded "ok bye." and shoved my lab order back at me. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a nurse in my life. read more

The front desk staff told me that I couldn't get my bloodwork done with them even though my doctor specifically told me to go to Quest to get it done. They wasted my time for no reason and were rude about it as well. Will not be coming to this location again. read more
