She gave me a prescription for a face cream and told me if it did not resolve my issue that I could call and either get a new prescription or come in again. As it turns out, the face cream she sent me worked its magic and I have been fine since. Will say this was probably the quickest visit to a dermatologist ever though. I was in and out faster than the speed of light.

I felt like nothing more than a quick cash grab and here are few of my grievances. I specifically requested NO narcotics for my recovery from surgery. I was instead prescribed twelve Hydrocodone that were included in my prescriptions upon pick up. I advocated for myself and my medical history in this office and I was ignored. I then got a follow up bill 5 months after my visit informing me that I owed them over $2,000 for the medical code being used for sedation. This was after I had paid in full for my surgery at the time it was performed. This was doubly frustrating as I had requested preferably no sedation and just a topical or localized analgesic. The doctor was adamant I needed to be put under. After calling my insurance and verifying the codes, not only did I not owe money... but I was overcharged. I have now been waiting over five weeks for my owed refund. The first check was sent to the wrong address because even though I spent the time to update my address on my forms during office visits, it was never properly entered into their system. I can't in good faith recommend this practice and would recommend traveling a city or two over for your oral and facial surgery needs as that would be an easier process in my opinion.

Dr. Joshua Nichols explained a couple of procedures that we could pursue and answered every question I had without making me feel foolish for asking them. He has a very calming demeanor about him. The staff there is very efficient, helpful and friendly. After my surgery I found the best way to contact them was through texting. They answered me in less than an hour. More so, I went there weeks after falling for the millionth time on the same blasted ankle. It is literally my Achilles heel. It was easier to see a specialist at this location than going to my PCP. Even more incredible is how quickly you are seen and how efficient they are! In my case, they did some exams and it was proven that I have no fractures this time around. Nevertheless given my history, I was sent to physical therapy and that's where I am now. It is a work in progress and all, but I'm happy to have gotten the attention I did at this location. I would 100% recommend and my only regret is that I did no go sooner.
